Him and his family had moved to Vale when he was 10, in order to stretch the family business to help keep Vale clean of it's streets! At first, homeschooling had seemed to be the best for the young man, which involved the averagely common topics, as well as flight combat and training, and learning how to preserve dust properly. (The family has had many experience of handling dust.) Seeming not to be enough for the eager young man, his parents had decided to let him take up actual schooling, in order for him to get actual experience as a hunter, as well as a more proper education in order to take over the family business one day... For machine gun mode, he can fire up to 60 bullets before reload. Gullivan is able to fit one crystal at a time in the grip of his gun, which allows the butt of his gun to become a melee elemental item for 2 posts before the dust runs out. The range of the punt gun setting is 50 yards, air and ground. 1. Other skill strength is max 400, his is currently 600. So just need to reduce it a bit.
2. For dust dexterity, we can't really have it work for X posts where it's just how many bullets they can fire; time being we don't allow for a full clip of bullets to be augmented by dust either (since some guns can shoot many many bullets per post and if it were all augmented by dust that would be very powerful). It was ruled more so that you can increase how many rounds of dust can be augmented in a ranged weapon by a single dust, and that the length of duration/uses per dust for a melee weapon could be increased. In example: he can use dust with his weapon to make 2-3 dust augmented bullets instead of just one. If it were a melee weapon, instead of a max of 5 post duration it could be 6-7 per dust. Or instead of 3 uses per dust with melee it could be 4-5.

Him and his family had moved to Vale when he was 10, in order to stretch the family business to help keep Vale clean of it's streets! At first, homeschooling had seemed to be the best for the young man, which involved the averagely common topics, as well as flight combat and training, and learning how to preserve dust properly. (The family has had many experience of handling dust.) Seeming not to be enough for the eager young man, his parents had decided to let him take up actual schooling, in order for him to get actual experience as a hunter, as well as a more proper education in order to take over the family business one day... OR more so let him have his adventures.

For machine gun mode, he can fire up to 60 bullets before reload. Gullivan is able to fit one crystal at a time in the grip of his gun, which allows the butt of his gun to become a melee elemental item for 2 posts before the dust runs out. "This was it momma!! This was the first step to a journey of love, acceptance, and a grand ol' time!!! Your boy has made it!!! Your boy has grown!!! True love shall be found!!" Over boisterous, positive, and beaming with the energy that could make a five year old jealous, Gullivan was taking his first steps into the grand halls of Beacon academy. Flapping his wings in charismatic joy, the young seagull faunus had taken his first steps into the big wide world. No more home schooling!!! Though he was certainly going to be homesick, nothing was going to stop him from becoming a future hunter, and finding true love that could create a new future of his life one day!! All thoughts of it brought him into advancing forward, a frolicking skip in his step. His feet barely were touching the ground, and the free arm that wasn't dealing with luggage, was over flailing up and above his head. "Helllooo good people, and future friends of Beacon! May life shine bright! May love bless us all~!!! May- Oh~! Why hello there!"
Stopping literally frozen in his steps, his eyes had made contact with a female student, who had been looking at him as if he had flipped his lid. Gullivan however, was acting completely different to this female, his face lighting up, and his frozen pose suddenly striking into life once more. Bolting towards her, him and his brightly blinding ascot were there at attention, and his smile was as wide as a Cheshire cat. "I got this mother!! Sweet talk my new love! She must be the one for me!!! We made eye contact!!! That means she is interested in me! Our kids will be beautiful!" The words were there, ready to be flung at the now shaking person. Oh! She was probably excited to talk with me!!!! Oblivious to the fact he was making her uncomfortable, the seagull had began talking regardless. His talking though... Left something to be desired. "Hi!!! I- You- Nice meet to- I mean- Nice morning love- Not love! - Nice meet you!""I am so nailing this!" Er.. More believing he was succeeding in sweet talking her. The more he kept stumbling on every words, another thought had occurred. This time, he didn't keep these thoughts in his head. "Oh no! What am I doing!? What of Mary from the book store on the way here!? What about Tina from the restaurant as well!?!?!?!? Both of those girls will be sad for me moving on!!" Correction: Those women didn't even know of his existence. If anyone were to ask them about this guy, they would only be able to recollect him as the crazy bird man spouting out a bunch of randomized words, and something about "momma." There was no actual sanity to this young guy, who was misunderstood on how to talk to ladies! Right now was another case, and it was a frantic case of over excited energy being directed in the wrong direction. As such, this brought him to a dramatic burst of chaos. "Please excuse me future love!!! I must bid you ado! I cannot hurt Mary!!" Flaunting his body away in an oh so over dramatized fashion, the flailing was about to be his undoing. Stepping back heavily, some oily residue on the ground had caught his balance off the charts. "Waaaoooohhhh!!!!" Trying to balance on the one foot, there was no saving him from standing or catching his balance in the slightest. "Mother." After a pause, down went Gullivan, sliding on the residue towards Ceru, who had flailed as well. Unlike a tree though, Gullivan hadn't went too far off from his standing place, a big OOF escaping his lungs. It was because of this moment of falling, had the young man spotted Ceru and the accident that had occurred his way. "Oh!!!" Jumping to his feet, he pranced over in a hurry, looking towards the young penguin in worry. "Are you alright!?!? Is that how we say hi to the trees here!? Please! Allow me to help you up!!" Holding a hand out then, Gullivan's women problems were out the window for now, the focus on Ceru replacing all.

He cannot spin anyone or anything over 200 pounds. Only one weapon user can be effected in combat.. █ LEVEL 2▬ (200-299 posts) Anyone, physical projectiles, or grimm, who makes contact skin to skin to skin with Gullivan, get repelled and spun away up to 15 ft away from him. He cannot spin anyone or anything over 400 pounds. Only 2 weapon users can be effected in combat. █ LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts) Anyone, physical projectiles, or grimm, who makes contact skin to skin to skin with Gullivan, get repelled and spun away up to 20 ft away from him. He cannot spin anyone or anything over 600 pounds. Only 3 weapon users can be effected out of 4. █ DRAWBACKS ▬
-Ranged aura attacks and semblances aren't effected by this, and can easily hit him easier -Anything exceeding over his semblance weight limit can make him actually be the one spun by 15 ft. Making more than 6 in any level twirl turns him into a potted plant for two posts
