Heneroshi has unlocked the following seeds:
Cabbage - plant these in spring. With cabbage fertilizer on the farm in spring, you can get huge cabbage. There is a chance that you can get red cabbage too.
Celery seeds - plant these in the winter using celery fertilizer to get white celery. Plant these in the summer using the celery fertilizer and you get mystic herbs, but they have to be planted on your farm.

Spring seeds
Anywhere
Asparagus - best planted on the mountain meadow using asparagus fertilizer to get both baby asparagus and purple asparagus. You need to ship 10 Baby Asparagus and 20 purple asparagus.
Heneroshi needs both baby and purple asparagus, but she needs to unlock asparagus fertilizer.
Farm
Cabbage - by planting these without fertilizer, you can get red cabbage, which to unlock the seed, you need 30 red cabbage shipped. But... if you add the cabbage fertilizer, you can unlock huge cabbage, which you only need to ship 20 of those.
