Collin still couldn't believe it, was this really happening? Were Kaiya, his beloved amazingly lady and himself really meant to have children? His mind was racing, completing with his fluttering heartbeat. Collin loved Kaiya, she was honest, blunt and straight to the point. No-nonsense and simply was the smartest So when she brought up imbuing stones together he thought he had been dreaming. As it turned out, that was hardly the case. It was all too real, and she had even suggested they dip into their savings and look into obtaining a house. It was wise, their two-bedroom apartment would never have been able to fit an additional two more children!
That was what she had suggested. Two of everything, so that was what he went shopping for. None the wiser to her mind had changed concerning a 3rd little addition, Collin was blissful as he went about buying the two cribs they would need. He picked up two strollers, two car seats..and plenty of toys appropriate for the age of a younger child. They would get more as needed! The babies would need a dresser to store their clothing in...oh! A changing table would be helpful! There was so much more to do still.
Collin felt a few tears roll down his cheeks. He sniffed softly as he simply was just that happy. The artist had never realized what his life would be like. He'd been content to work and go to school to further his career. When he ran into Kaiya that day, who knew he'd be planning ahead for the future that included their children.
Smiling he wiped his eyes off with his favorite scarf, before getting back to reviewing his checklist. He couldn't wait to get everything home! He and Kaiya could re-arrange things as they saw fit, he wanted to surprise her with his willingness to be an equal part in this.
