Hello everyone. It's been quite some time since I was active here in our guild and in Gaia as a whole in general. In getting my PC back up and operational though, while going through my saved log-ins, I was reminded of my time on Gaia and decided to take a look around.
The last time I see anyone was active was 2014 however which would have been a year or so since I was active here. What has happened to the guild? Have veterans of this guild been moving to another, perhaps more active, guild or simply relocated to platforms other than Gaia?

That certainly explains the lack of activity here as well as in most other guilds I have peeked at as well. While I tried Discord briefly, to tag along with someone I met in this Guild some years ago, I've since removed it. Discord provides certain security & privacy risks I do not care for but most in this age could not care less about such things. Gaia cooperates with Google & Arbor in sharing data. Thus I keep my conversations here "lite" nowadays. Discord is more of a "black box" where you do not know when or whom data will be shared with since it is a downloaded program/app.

Well, yes of course that is true. Here on Gaia I can block analytics/tracking/etc. is what I was meaning. Despite the ability to block tracking and what have you, Google and Arbor can still harvest text posted. As such I keep my more personal details, such as precise location for example, more obscure. I have no qualms with discussing my beliefs, lifestyle and so forth here - I am just careful with being too specific. ^_^ In any event thank you for sharing what has become of our guild in the time since 2013/2014!
