The Plutonian Empire is in ruins.

This once mighty civilization was at the forefront in prosperity, equality and peace in the galaxy.

Setsuna Meioh - Sailor Pluto, and Prince Consort Tiger Eye are missing, rumored to be dead.

Their four eldest children, Queen Suzuka, Prince Torao, and Lady Yumiko, have all been killed. The people are in mourning.

I, Kibou, was the guardian of the Gates of Time, taking my mother’s place. Now, however, my path has changed.

I am next in line whether I like it or not.

I have no time to mourn.

We are the withered branch of the Apex. If we do not act fast, and repair the tears in the timeline, we will be cut from the tree and cease to exist.
