This wooden structure possesses the same dimensions of a standard katana. There are no outstanding marks or features.xxx▾ While in Orion's inner world,
Chimamire no Kakashi (he refers to him as simply Chimamire when directly conversing) appears as a scarecrow in standard shinigami garments. His arms, legs, and head are all made of bound straw with various fractures and breaks in the straw giving him a prickly appearance. Assumptions can be made to what the covered parts of his body look like. Chimamire possesses hollow, black holes where his eyes are meant to be. Looking directly into these holes reminds Orion of looking straight into the deepest trenches in the ocean. The scarecrow is wimpy and shy, sometimes even hiding from Orion in the inner world if things get too heated between the two. However, if he happens to be angered, Chimamire no kakashi has no qualms with relentlessly attacking Orion.xxx▾ Orion's inner world comes in the form of an underwater ruin, the exact origin of which is unknown. There are remnants of pillars here made of what appears to be marble, and various types of debris ranging from concrete to wood to jewels and gems scattering the ground. It's a sight that conveys a tremendous battle had occurred here.
Because they are underwater, the foliage of the inner world comes as kelp and seaweed, as well as other marine plants, and bubbles sprout from various places at random times. Releasing Chimamire no kakashi's shikai form requires that Orion first wipes his own blood along the flat surface of the wooden sealed form. This doesn't mean it has to be completely covered. The streak of blood can be minuscule as long as it is from Orion's body. Typically he chooses to bite his thumb if he has no other choice. As soon as Orion's blood comes in contact with the sealed form, and the incantation is uttered, the blood animates and multiplies,
beginning to form a small misty cloud that swirls around the blade and eventually condenses along its form and reveals that...... Not much has changed. The blade is still, for the most part, wooden. However, now it takes on a red tint as the blood has completely soaked into the wood. The blood that has soaked into the blade has mostly settled in the very center of the wooden structure and released the iron that is stored in the blood cells, forming an iron core that makes the zanpakuto sturdier and much denser.♦ First abilityxxx▾Chimamire no kakashi's shikai has the ability to manipulate blood, specifically the blood within the swords form. The way in which it is manipulated is by Orion pushing some of his reiatsu into his zanpakuto, pushing the blood outwards and causing it to exit the wood and form a sharp edge. This can be done along what would be the edge of the blade or through the tip of its form, but not at the same time.
If produced through the tip, it forms a 6 inch spike; if through the dull edge it forms a sharp 1 inch protrusion that allows the wooden shikai to act as a proper sword, able to cut through objects that a normal zanpakuto would.
The blood acts as a solid, and doesn't splatter or leave a stain. However,
