Lucille's power is very unique and even more specific. Basically it's strange. In the simplest of explanations Lucille is able to warp reality in a way that allows her to create frozen treats from absolutely nothing. Basically with a little concentration she can conjure ice cream, popsicles, snow cones, slushies, and frozen yogurt. Really any frozen dessert. Whatever she desires at the moment will just poof into existence before her. Though these treats are normal the only oddites they have is that these treats are always delicious, even to those who aren't fond of sweets as well as being edible to everyone. So those who are lactose intolerant or those who have gluten allergies are free to devour these treats without getting sick. One oddity that falls on Lucille herself is that all of the treats she makes end up the same colour as her hair, always. Even when she dyes her hair the conjured treats will end up the colour. So if her hair is green the treats will be green and if later she changed it to orange then the treats will become orange. This seems to be a quirk of her own as it doesn't alter the flavour of the treat.
