Name: Sebille
Nickname: Seb
Fav. Food: Starseeds, energy, humans.
Hated Food: None, really! But the 'favorite' foods are the only thing he can gain energy from.
Hobbies:
Socializing - Sebille absolutely loves to come out of the Rift and hang around the city, getting to know whoever is hanging around. Civilians, senshi, knights, Nega officers~ It doesn't matter! He just wants to know things. He's a bit of an information sponge, and will happily chat anyone in the area up... at least, until he gets hungry. He would absolutely trade this information to people for favors/other useful tidbits, and has no problems pitting people against one another for his own gain.
Food Gourmet - This youma adores food. Sure, he may not get any energy from it, but humans have come up with so many interesting combinations! He loves to snack on all sorts of things--and, in a pinch, that absolutely means he'll resort to humans and other powered characters. Watch out, world. He's a bit of a glutton.
Virtues:
Charismatic - Sebille is smooth, suave, and sophisticated. He tells people what they want to hear, no matter their alignment, and makes all sorts of promises even if he doesn't intend to keep them. More often than not, Seb somehow manages to keep everyone in his good graces, and seems to make friends wherever he goes.
Friendly - Unlike lesser youma, he is very intelligent and has no issue speaking to the enemies of the Negaverse. Corrupted senshi take a considerable amount of strength to speak to, and he manages to do so when he's well fed. Sebille is a very charming being, for a youma, and absolutely loves to talk to everyone and anyone.
Flaws:
Bad-tempered - Is someone being rude to him? Has someone dared to attack him? Well. Sebille can easily swap between happily cheerful and happily murderous. Any perceived slights can make him immediately turn into a raging monster intent on ripping off faces, and he can hardly be reasoned with in this form. He might eat his friends, so maaaaaybe stay clear...
Selfish - Oh, is that a young lieutenant struggling against a senshi? Too bad. Sebille is a creature that tries to serve his own interests first and foremost. Naturally, the will of Metallia comes before all, but unless it's a General or a General Sovereign ordering him about? Sebille will use his own judgement to better serve Metallia's will, thank you.
Abilities:
Physical - Sebille can alter his form into a heavier, more muscle-bound shape. He's about twice his normal shape--like the Incredible Hulk. This beast can use its vicious claws and teeth to tear into opponents, and has about enough strength to lift a car and throw it at people. He's about as fast as a normal human in this form. This form is very energy draining and cannot be done often.
Magical - If Sebille can get a person in contact with his saliva, they will have a sudden urge to earn his approval. A strong willed character can shake this off, but prolonged exposure to the youma will increase the need to please him. Under his influence, Seb will be able to suggest things to people that they normally would not consider.

Hey, Tsu! Congratulations on Sebille (he sounds really neat!!). I am going to drop a stamp but would like to ask that you make a note on his magical ability--while it is totally fine for him to have an increased power of suggestion, he should not be able to force a character to reveal identities/side swap/kill themselves unless you first plot this OOCly (and send in a PM to the mule!) If you can add a small note about that (just in case any players see it and have questions about his abilities), that would be perfect! If you have any questions or would like to discuss that caveat, please let me know! But, as long as you are fine with adding it, I can drop a stamp!
