Personality: He is a very curious young man, he likes to learn and collect new things. He is however very shy to people outside of his sewer world. He proud he's a mutant but wants to see more than what's below the city. To those he trusts he a happy boy that like to have fun. he dislikes fighting unless he defending himself or others he likes.
Likes: warmth, hot dogs, people, chili fries, sweet food
Dislikes: being scary, cold, spinach, water, pickles
Power: Venomous Snake Physiology
Power Strengths: with having similar capabilities as snakes he has enhanced versions on the natural abilities. He has fangs that can deliver a venomous bite. He can also βSpit' said venom. He is extremely flexible past the point of normal flexibility. He has an immunity to poison and a resistance to disease. He can heal quickly, even if he loses a limb it grow back in about 2 weeks. He has a better sense of smell and enhanced strength.
Power Weaknesses: His powers lead to his inhuman appearance. He can eat non-protein foods but his diet demands protein. He also more sensitive to temperature change. He can talk just fine but has a slight lisp.
History: Cantil started off life left out to die. His unknown parents left him where they believed he would never be found as a baby. However, one of the sewer-dwelling Morlocks hear him crying and braved the surface to help him. Noting he was likely abandoned due to his reptilian appearance he was adopted by a Morlock who had lost a child. He grew up being taught things he needed to survive and to avoid the surface world as they where unfrindly to their kind. Even when warned of the dangers of humans he was still curious about them. He would gather trash like newspapers and magazines that he could find. He happened upon a leaflet that had information on in for a school that likes mutants. A place where he didn't have to hide when they went out for food. Knowing his father may disapprove, he at least wanted to try. His father knowing he would sneak out if he said no. Gave their blessing and insisted that this sewer would always be a home. Happy he understood he made the trip to surface hoping he could meet human looking mutants.
