It had been a few minutes since the founding members of the Justice League arrived at the Watchtower. They were Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman, also known to others as the Trinity. They were meeting to address the increasing number of heroes and villains showing up in recent cities since the Despero incident.

Clark thought it best if they all gathered together to speak to one another. Since from what he’d been able to piece together villains like Reverse Flash, Circe, and Lex were laying low and keeping out of sight.

Clark eyes met Bruce's then Diana's before clearing his throat to begin.

"I'm sure you two know why I called for this meeting today. As you already know it's been four years now since we founded the League. And our combined efforts have done good for the world in recent years. But even with us around criminal activity is still going strong and we can't be everywhere to stop it. So I asked Lois to compile a list of heroes and villains in other cities who've been making names for themselves and we were surprised at just how many have shown up on the map in just the last six months alone. Because of this I propose we expand the League by recruiting these newer heroes and see what they have to offer."

Listening to both of the men say what they did, Diana sat, one armresting on the chair's arm rest. The influx of villains was silent and she knew too well that as the silemces grew so did their numbers. They did need a bigger team--one with trustworthy, honest, brave people or from other planets, maybe even universes. Who would have thought a myth, a legend was at the front lines in battle whenever humanity was at risk? Certaintly no Diana's mother of course, but whatever each of their backgrounds were, she did agree that they had to grow in numbers to accomplish justice.

After Bruce finished speaking, Diana paused and began to speak herself. "I agree, but we as you two are also very much concerned, must conduct background checks for every individual whom we wish to seek enterance into this group we have created. More people fighting for the correct cause could mean less strain on those whom cannot fight back. I do agree, but we must set a standard as to requirements and give some type of examination based on diverse skillsets they probably have acquired while being out on their on these past few months--a sort of initiation?"

The Amazon glared from side to side at each of them. Her blue eyes darting from left to right until they reached a neautral zone in front of her. She wanted to expand as much as they did, but she had gone through many sacrafices and back stabbing during fights at home or in general while on the battle field that she had grown to understand that there had to be something that would allow her--them to grasp onto some of the new comer's interest in joining their group.

"Something physical? Mental? How will we know someone is truly ready to join The League?" He let his piece sit with the two of them, scanning them over for their individual opinions. "Furthermore, they may be willing to help, but as most have come before, we know little to nothing about them. The Justice League would be better off if we at least had an idea of who were dealing with." Batman didn't have to move from his seat to tap at a key along the table where the three of them sat. "Take Patrick O'Brian and Nathaniel Adam for example, also known as Plastic Man and Captain Atom. One a former reformed criminal, the other a former air force officer. These are the things that we need to take in and consider to effectively dismiss bias. Testing their motivations, understanding what makes them tick." The two he mentioned were very few in the pool of potentials that they were able to procure on their shared list. Time would tell how many more they could add to the ever growing list of eager heroes.
