angel_of_joy Samofthedead I honestly hope Hannibal does come back. Every time I see news on it I get so excited. I think the show would do better on a site or channel that was less restricting. It could still be done the same way it was on NBC, but it needs a different network pushing it. NBC never seemed to treat it right. It was always on a different time of year and a different night. I often thought it would have went well paired with Bates Motel on A&E but now that that is ending, it might have a better shot else where. Just as long as it ends up somewhere. I always thought they should have streamed it on Netflix over Amazon. More people would have seen it, and Netflix most likely would have continued it right away. Anyway, I really hope the show does get picked up again. It was one of the best things I've seen on TV. I completely agree with you. Amazon was not the right company to make a deal with, but I think they have some kind of agreement with NBC. They do... Though I think Hulu had it before them because I remember catching up on a episode on Hulu when you could actually watch stuff on it without being a subscriber. Thankfully Amazon loses the rights in a year or two, I think...

In Hannibal's case, the ratings were so low they moved it to a less lucrative time slot to try to make back their money and maybe appeal to a different crowd. That is true. I just felt like it was always on at odd times of year. Fall would have almost been better. At least you could have the spooky element of Halloween to play off of...

The Pink Piper Since the cast is completely in on a reboot, I feel like it could be a total possibility. Brian Fuller is pretty busy at the moment with Star Trek and what not, but we all know Hannibal was his baby. When he makes the call, it will happen. I have faith. I agree! SO do I! And it sounds like the 4th installments is already written, so it's just a matter of when, where and how.

And yet it did so well in international markets, on affiliated stations, but that doesn't come into considerations by the big networks.

I actually think those were the only things keeping the show going, it just wasn't enough.
