Johann Sebastian Stan
I totally love Rammstein, they're my favorite band thus far.

My favorite song would have to be Moskau and my favorite album would be Herzeleid

I think my favorite song from them would be Mein Teil.

Let us all agree that Lizzo's failed attempt for a Rammstein cover is garbage.

Even if it was bad, she had to have a lot of confidence to do that. emotion_facepalm

Good to see you posting again. I give that she had a lot of nerve to pull it off, maybe it's good to some people. Just not to me. Sonne and Caliban do killer Rammstein covers though. Perhaps better than the original.

I don't get online very often, but I think I should start logging in more, it woul;d help with a lot of things.
Lizzo needs to stay in her own lane, even if she was just having fun with it, it just was not a good cover at all. It took a lot of confidence, but she needed to back off with it, just because she was in Germany doesn't mean she needed to try to do a cover of one of their most famous bands most over-rated songs.

I love Rammstein, but "Du Haust" is over rated.

I think she did it for a publicity stunt, myself. You know, for media coverage. Some people need to stay within their genre as opposed to butchering other people's music.

I've always liked Ich tu dir weh.
But I also really like their "newish" song Ich hasse kinder

I sadly haven't been able to attend one of their shows, the closest they ever get is Philadelphia and that's still and 8hr drive.

I'm pretty sure she is a Rammstein fan, so it might have just been for fun and the for the hell of it.

She does a very good job of staying in the public eye on Instagram and TikTok, I don think she would have needed to have done that to gain more attention. I don't have TikTok, and I don't follow her on IG but I do follow some channels on YouTube who sometimes get into the Lizzo drama and it's always something on her social media accounts.

"Ich Hasse Kinder" is part of Till's side project, Lindemann, and he has some good songs but there's a few I don't care for. It's worth checking out.

Richard also has a side project that is different from Rammstein, it's called Emigrate, I am slowly trying to listen to more of it when I have the time, he has some great songs.

People travel from all over to see Rammstein and I wish they made more stops in the USA, I just got really lucky to live in a city right next to where they stop in Texas. We were talking to people from Colorado who traveled in to see them, it was crazy, but sometimes financially it is a huge strain and you have to balance weather or not it's worth it. Hell, there are some bands I wanna see that only come to Places like the DFW or Houston, which is a 3 to 6 hour drive from home, and it's like I'd rather make a vacation of the whole thing if I am going that far and I just don't have the finances to do that.
