"I'll show you that I'm not just bad luck!"

"Perhaps we'll stop by my home... I've a friend I haven't been to see in a while." Daishu stared up a bit as he thought. He really couldn't think of anywhere else to go, honestly. Unless the council gave him orders or someone hired him, he generally didn't have any other obligations.
"That would actually be a good way for you to have your first taste of freedom..." He added, leaning against a comm station. "Once they get a hold of the Council, I'll see if I can make the request. Tecious will be our first destination, if we're not given orders otherwise."

"The Monarch's Hand kinda frowns upon their populace going to Neko worlds for anything other than duty... but to hell with them..Lets go have some fun!"
She grinned as the message beacon began to give off its signal.

Once they were in contact with the council, it was easy enough to secure the final stage of their evacuation. Once that was settled, Daishu made his proposal to them as well, requesting that Tenchu be assigned as his contract partner. They questioned the idea, but he easily regaled them with the details of their mission and how Tenchu had been essential to not only his own survival, but the entire mission itself. After a bit of debate, they green lighted his request and the corresponding accesses were assigned to her. He informed them that her partnership with him was to begin immediately, as to make further assignments easier.
As the council ended their transmission with them, Daishu turned to the Monarch and smiled a bit. "Didn't expect it to go so smoothly... I'm glad to have you serving next to me, Tenchu." he sad easily to her.

"Well s**t...."

"And I am glad to have you as well... now then... "
She peeked outside to see council shuttles moving in closer to begin the evacuation.
"So its off to neko land and I am hoping lots of food?"
She smiled happily as the first of the neko began boarding the evacuation vessels. If one were to look hard enough they could see the human marauder ships running and being burned from the skies by the council ships that had arrived hours before.

"Looks that way..." Daishu smiled and leaned against the glass. "A plethora of food is definitely in order after what we went through." he smiled a bit, watching the council ships in the air. They were going to regain control of the planet after all. It was a relief for sure, this place had great living conditions and it would have been a shame to go to waste.

"Well... here is hoping that anyone who stays on this planet gets the orbital defense grid operational...."
A council military drop ship moved along side them.
"Ah!... I think that is our ride... come now my lucky kitty!..."
She giggled happily.
"Our chariot awaits!"

Daishu got off the glass and smiled, motioning for her to follow him as he headed for their own extraction. "Good... It'll be nice to be home again." he said easily as he walked. Once he had gotten their, they had already loaded up his suit and were waiting for them. From here to Tecious would be smooth sailing.

She happily joined him grabbing some shut eye as the thrusters picked up and carried them to a frigate which would take them quickly to their next destination.
