Technique Guidelines
-With the exception of Spellbook Techniques, Martial Techniques, and Healing Arts techniques must be based off your power.
-If a technique is able to be done within the power's minor limitations it will not be approved. [Manipulating Fire does not mean you can manipulate heat.]
-Spells made can not be Physical in Nature with the exception of buffing an ally, or debuffing an enemy.
-Martial techniques can not be Magical in Nature.
-Healing Arts can only be used in a way to recover Health, Stamina, or Willpower, or in order to remove negative effects.

Description: Maeva makes a physical action with any of her limbs (swinging or thrusting motions) and exerts her willpower at the same time. Doing so allows her to cast the reach of her limb to exponentially greater limits. The mostly-invisible force that extends off of Maeva's limb casts no shadows, nor does it make noise, and has all the same physical parameters (size, density, etc.) as the original except for its range. For every paid cost of this ability, her arm's/leg's reach is doubled (Maeva has a 76.2cm arm length and 91.44cm leg length). Cannot pay more than eleven times the normal cost in one use of this technique.

Description: Maeva makes a physical action with a held object (swinging or thrusting motions) and exerts her willpower at the same time. Doing so allows her to cast the reach of her attack to exponentially greater limits. The mostly-invisible force that extends outward casts no shadows, nor does it make noise, and has all the same physical parameters (size, density, etc.) as the original except for its range. For every paid cost of this ability, armed motion's combined reach of Maeva's arm and the held object's length are doubled (Maeva has a 76.2cm arm length). Cannot pay more than 5 times the normal cost in one use of this technique.

Skill Name: God's Reach - Testament
Type: Magical
Category: Power
Description: Maeva makes a physical action with her hand or a held object (swinging or thrusting motions) at an oncoming magical attack and exerts as much willpower as was used to cast the magical attack. Doing so allows her to cast the reach of her attack up to 20ft away and interact with the opposing magic as if it were physical even if it isn't/wasn't. The mostly-invisible force that extends outward casts no shadows, nor does it make noise, and has all the same physical parameters (size, density, etc.) as the original except for its range. This inter-magical interaction allows Maeva to move the opposing magic.

Description:
Using his power, the ability to manipulate gravity, Sans can designate an area, the size of which is dictated by how much will power he is willing to pay. Then, depending on that same cost, he can cause gravity in that area to increase exponentially. For 5 stamina, an area of 20 feet can be designated, doubling the pull of gravity in that zone. This effectively reduces the speed of all including Sans by ten points. This also afflicts projectiles and magical attacks within the zone. For ever 10 points spent beyond that, double the area is afflicted and gravity is notably increased, reducing the speed by double as well. This goes up to a max of 50 points spent on the skill to designate an area. As for duration, this lasts a flat 5 posts regardless of skill payment before it goes down on a two post cd. This can also lower the height that someone can jump, making moving in general more laborious. The skill also works in the reverse, allowing him to designate a zone of the same cost and perimeters that also does the opposite, halving the effect of gravity on someone for each rank. This makes all physical activity less laborious but can also be tricky since it makes all actions easier to accomplish.
Cost: Base of 5, increasing increments of 10 up to 50.

Description: The most used technique in Issac's power. The Dragon Kin moves from one spot to another using teleportation, current equipment and all. Only able to teleport in one direction at a time Issac can move between spaces instantly, as long as there space for Issac to occupy. Using five points of will power to move ten feet at a time. Increments of five willpower can be used to extend the range by ten feet.
Cost: Base of 5 will power, increasing increments of 5

Description: Like Kami's step the Dragon kin can use this technique to teleport from place to place, but with the ability to teleport with other people. Through physical contact Issac is able to teleport others along with him. It takes five additional will power for every person teleported plus himself. Again Increments of five willpower can be used to extend the range by ten feet, times the amount of people being moved. So if it's a single person Issac moves a person ten feet for ten will power, where two other people would cost fifteen will power for ten feet and so on.
Cost: Base of 5 will power, times each person, increasing increments of 5, times each person.

Name: Transmutation: Bubble Beam
Type: Magical
Category: Power
Description: This is Basil's power, the ability to turn one into another. Basil is a dragon of water, and thus changes the water in the air around him by a simple movement of his hands. In by doing so, from any source of water, Basil shoots out a barrage of bubbles with his hands, or mouth. The amount of bubbles measure to about 50 total and can be shout out in all directions.

-Techniques will never work in reverse of what it is capable of. You will need multiple techniques if you wish to increase gravity as well as lower gravity. In addition to this, I would recommend giving techniques like this a flat debuff/buff that increases based on the cost. An example would be, increasing gravity reduces speed by 10 per 1 willpower spent. Or something along those lines. I understand that guidelines are not created and obvious right now but avoiding multiplicative words when referring to stats such as double, triple, etc is necessary. Also resubmit with the new technique format giving the technique a name.

Transmutation: The basis of water to win.
-You are doing too much in a single technique. You will need multiple more techniques. One would be to change a substance into a different substance.
WOuld would be shaping a substance in a specific way, another would be making the properties of a substance different, etc etc etc. Understand?Remake this completely.

Water Dragon of the mystic stream
-No...as a water dragon your dragon form has water dragon breath attacks, that is it. You do not control water from being a water dragon. However this if worded properly can be fitted into your transmutation power, but it will not be as broad and vauge as you've written it. It would likely be specific about shaping water through transmutation.

Skill Name: Fenrir's Book - Guardian Of The Frost
Type: Magical
Category: Spell
Description: This spell allows the user to from a thin like armor across his body made of ice magic. The armor is is as strong as the users potency, and if one is able to break through the barrier, Titan is able to avoid the damage by the barrier shattering around his body causing anyone within five feet to be blown back. Once this armor is broken, the spell can not be reused for two post.
Cost:5 Will Power. 2 Will power every post after activation.

Skill Name:Fenrir's Book - Cage Of the Frozen Demon

Description: This spells allow the user to form a square cage of ice around his his target/targets. The size of this spell can be altered to fit a single person or encase a large amount of people.

Category:Spell
Description: When using this spell, the user is able to summon icicles that float around his being. For every 5 will power, the user can make 6 that float around him. Each is 1 foot in length and 3 inches in circumference with one end of them with a sharpened point. The user has full control over the icicles and once they make contact, they will explode causing a 5 foot diameter blast of ice magic that will freeze whatever is in range.

Description: This is Basil's power, the ability to turn one into another. Basil may touch an item, that item being a tree, a wall, water, etc and it will change into a field of different bladed weapons. These include weapon such as blades for close combat, and spears for long-ranged throwing. The weapons are just many variety of blade that can be used.

Skill Name: Blink
Type: Both
Category: Power
Description: Chara uses his power to manipulate his existence, temporarily erasing it and then almost immediately returning to existence. He can return to existence in the exact same location he left it or he can return to it in a different area. Chara must have been able to see the location before erasing himself in order to appear in that location when returns. This is taxing to both his mind and body.
Cost: 1 Willpower and 1 Stamina per 2 Feet of movement.

Skill Name: Reset
Type: Both
Category: Power
Description: Chara's final trump card which prevents him from dying. When Chara's HP has reached 0 this technique automatically activates. His body fades away into dust and then immediately reappears at his castle. He is unaware why he appears there but since he's gotten this ability that's where he reappears hence he built his kingdom there. This technique is hugely taxing to Chara's mind as it means he's died and come back to life, or he's completely rejuvenated his body in a matter of a second which can be harmful. If this technique has activated it counts as him having lost the given fight he was in. However he will have full Stamina when he reappears, but his Willpower will have taken a huge hit and will not be refunded.
Cost: 50% of MAXIMUM Willpower.

Skill Name: Save
Type: Magical
Category: Power
Description: Chara is capable of using his power to create something he calls "Save Points" These points are signified by a glowing star like area where this point was created that is the exact size of Chara. Only Chara is capable of touching these points harmlessly, when anyone else comes into contact with them their body will feel an intense pain. This however does not cause real damage to the body. He must be within five feet of an area he created a Save Point, these Save Points may interact with other powers he has.
Cost: 5 Willpower

Skill Name: Load
Type: Magical
Category: Power
Description: After Chara has created a Save Point, he is capable of doing what he called "Loading" This causes him to immediately appear in the last location he had created a Save Point. This does not cause him to regain Health, Stamina, or Willpower. If he uses this and leaves a the thread he was fighting in it is considered a lost fight. Where the last Save Point is determines how much willpower this takes to use this technique.
Cost: 5 Willpower if Last Save Point is in same Thread.
10 Willpower if Last Save Point is in same Subforum
15 Willpower if Last Save Point is in Connected Subforums (Land/It's Kingdom.)
20 Willpower if Last Save Point is in a different kingdom/land.
