Your mother Naledi {Big Hobbit},
she is a Master in the Indlovukati and is dedicated to her work as a trainer, teacher, and example of skill. She will teach all of you everything she knows. Naledi believes that it is important that you all have at least basic training to prepare you for the lives ahead of you. She has had a sordid past as a slave, so she will be very attentive and protective over you as you grow.
Your father Taji {SilverLutz},
he is one of the leaders of the Kwa Kikombe, a pride that welcomes all types of animals and focuses on a sport called Kikombe, which the pride is named after. He is an easy-going and kind lion, very in tune with his pride members and their well being. Taji loves competition and was a star player of the game before he was voted to be the Player Overseer, but he never let his skill nor his success go to his head. He's very open minded and is fun to be around, a smile for every occasion and words of praise on his lips at all times. You will likely not see him while you are young, but you are free to seek him out as you get older.
Your brother Siri {SilverLutz},
he is...well, no one is quite sure what Siri is like under his standoffish exterior. He's very quiet and keeps to himself, observing more than participating. He's a bit strange in that he hardly ever talks but seems to take in everything, storing it away for later use. Siri takes things very personally and doesn't deal well with failure.

~Inspired Personality Contest~
In memory of one of my favorite actors ever, this personality contest will have two parts to it.

Why This House?: Arwan was born bold and ready to go. Watching his mother as a Master inspired the young cub. Though of course he would never be able to hold the same position as her. So instead he thrives to be the best Provider. He puffs out his chest and heads out into the hunting lands determined to take down the biggest beast there is out there.

Why This House?: He may not be the wittiest, the strongest, or the most ambitious creature, but his patience and dedication are nearly unrivaled. He will always be hard at work, learning as much as he can about his craft, and the diligence it takes to remember all the different plants and their uses is the shining refusal to give up worthy of a Hufflepuff.

Name: Upinde - means Archer in Swahili, an honor to her Katniss personality, and her ability to take out opponents as quickly and quietly as an arrow.

Character: Katniss Everdeen
Why This Character?: She'll do anything to keep her loved ones out of harm's way, even if it means putting herself in it. She prefers stealth and strategy over brute force, and will try other 'outside-the-box' tactics before violence if she thinks they might work - if violence is necessary, this clever survivalist is lethal. She can seem cold-blooded, but really she just accepts what needs to be done to protect herself and the ones she loves; she truly is remorseful for each creature she must injure or kill. While very familiar with familial love, this poor girl has difficulty understanding romantic love and getting the hints if someone falls for her; when she finally feels it herself, she'll have problems understanding what to do with the feelings. The only trait she doesn't share with the real Katniss is her trust issues - being raised in a tight-knit pride, she trusts everyone she recognizes as friend or family.

Why This House?: Hufflepuff is the house of the badgers, and if anyone knows anything about badgers is that they're extremely family oriented. While in the books, hufflepuff is viewed as the house of 'leftovers,' hufflepuff is a lot more than that! They might not completely fit into any of the other houses, true, but does that not mean they're the most welcome to an eclectic bunch? She'll be open and honest, and most of all, welcoming. Those who need her guidance and counsel she would never turn away.

Why This House?: Kefa is ambitious, doing whatever she can to get to the top. Her ultimate goal is to become a Master, and she won't stop until she gets there. She'll start from the bottom and work her way to the top the best she can, with any means she can muster.

Name: Neema (Swahili for "grace")
Future Rank: Guardian

Why This House?: Had Neema chosen any other rank, it would be likely the young cub would have been sorted into the Hufflepuff house. However, her shyness is overshadowed by the desire to protect her family and her pride and so decided she to train to become a Guardian so that she could achieve her goals. Thus, she was placed in Griffindor as a show of her bravery.
The Tan Girl
Name: Dhati (Swahili for "heartfelt")
Future Rank: Warrior --> Aims to be a Master.
Sorting Hat
House: Slytherin
Why This House?: Inspired by her mother, Dhati fantasized about becoming a Master one day herself and becoming one of the most respected in the pride. With an ambitious heart and a set goal to become the very best, it was no surprise that this little cub got sorted into the Slytherin house.
The Boy
Name: Uwezo (Swahili for "able" as in, "able-bodied".)
Future Rank: Provider

House: Hufflepuff
Why This House?: Uwezo never wanted for anything more than to take care of his pride. Everyone was so good to him that the only ambition the cub held within himself was to make sure he loved them back with all the love he received. It was an easy fix to put in him the Hufflepuff house.

Why This House?: Enzi, even though he lives in a pride that's ruled by females, wants to prove that he can be just as brave and courageous as the female warriors that out rank him. However, this also causes him to be a bit reckless at times and he has a bit of a short temper, especially when it comes to things he messed up himself.
