Longbow:
Neutral Standard Attack: Dual Shot. Nariva fires two arrows from her Longbow.
Up Tilt Standard Attack: Rope Shot. Nariva fires an arrow from her Longbow with a rope tied to it. If it hits, she yanks the rope, pulling enemies to her, or her towards where the arrow hit.
Down Tilt Standard Attack: Pin Down. Nariva fires an arrow at her opponents feet, pinning them to the ground.
Forward Tilt Standard Attack: Arcing Arrow. Nariva fires an arrow with explosives tied to it.
Forward Dash Standard Attack: Fan of Fire. Nariva fires several arrows lit on fire.
Neutral Aerial Attack: Aerial Shot. Nariva fires an arrow while ariborne.
Up Aerial Attack: Grappling Shot. Nariva fires an arrow with a rope attached to it above herself. If it hits, she yanks the rope, pulling herself towards and above where it hit.
Forward Aerial Attack: Aerial Arcing Shot. Nariva fires an arrow with explosives tied to it while airborne.
Backwards Aerial Attack: Back Fire. Nariva shots a flaming arrow behind herself while airborne.
Down Aerial Attack: Gravity Pin. Nariva fires an arrow beneath herself, pinning anyone beneath her to the ground.
Up Smash: Volley. Nariva fires a number of arrows in rapid succession, striking a wide area around herself.
Down Smash: Arrow Fan. Nariva spins around, rapidly firing arrows around herself.
Side Smash: Combustive Shot. Nariva fires an arrow in front of herself that combusts on impact, leaving a burning ring on the ground.

Neutral Special Attack: Battle Roar. Nariva lets out a fierce roar, stunning those in front of her.
Up Special Attack: Charrzooka Rocket Jump. Nariva fires her Charrzooka beneath herself and jumps, sending her rocketing skywards.
Down Special Attack: Weapon Swap. Nariva switched from her Twin Axes to her Greatsword, or from her Greatsword to her Longbow, or from her Longbow to her Twin Axes.
Side Special Attack: Bull Charge. Nariva stores energy to launch herself forward, body slamming her opponent.
Grab: Grab. Nariva grabs her opponent.
Beatdown: Pummel. Nariva punches her grabbed opponent repeatedly in the face.
Up Throw: Hidden Pistol. Nariva tosses her grabbed opponent into the air and fires a pistol hidden under her belt at them.

Neutral Standard Attack: Left jab: The Stranger hits his opponent with a left jab.
Right hook: Stranger quickly lashes out with a mean right hook.
Headutt!: The stranger than headbutts his opponent.

Up Tilt Standard Attack: Charged headbutt: The stranger stands still and prepares a massive head butt that either does massive damage and knockback or breaks the opponent's shield and stuns.

Down Tilt Standard Attack: Chippunk surprise: The stranger shoots a chippunk at the ground and it stays there until someone steps on it. When ANYONE including The Stranger steps on the Chippunk it berates them with for stepping on him and being such a punk. The stranger can only have one of these out at once.

Forward Tilt Standard Attack: The Boot: The Stranger kicks an opponent in front of him.

Forward Dash Standard Attack: Dropkick: The Stranger jumps a little bit and Dropkicks anyone in front of him, falling down in the process

Neutral Aerial Attack: Spinning hammer fists: The stranger Spins in the air wildly with both his fists striking at anything in front and behind him.

Up Aerial Attack: Flip Kick: The stranger flips around and kicks anyone above him.

Forward Aerial Attack: Over head Hammer fists: The Stranger swings down with both fists and smashes his opponent over the head and sends them downwards.

Backwards Aerial Attack: Back kick: The stranger Quickly uses both legs and kicks backwards.

Down Aerial Attack: Stay down: The Stranger kicks down as hard as he can with both legs.

Up Smash: Stunkz bomb: The Stranger shoots a Stunk above his head, if it hits someone it makes a large cloud of gas that does very little damage but the smell alone will make anyone hit by it take damage over time.

Down Smash: Double straight: The Stranger punchs in both directions.

Side Smash: Thud Slug: The Stranger Loads a Thud slug in his crossbow and fires it in from of him dealing major knock back.

Neutral Special Attack: Living Ammo: The stranger changes his living ammo type he is using changing his forward special attacks. He can change between Zappflies, Boombats, and Stingbees

Up Special Attack: Bolamite lasso: The Stranger fires a Bolamite from his crossbow upwards sticking to anyone or any ledge it hits and pulls himself there.

Down Special Attack: Fuzzle traps: The Stranger fires rabid fuzzles at the ground in front of him, they stay their acting like mines until ANYONE steps on them. When someone steps on them they latch onto that peson and bite them for damage over time. The Stranger can have 2 Fuzzles out at once.

Side Special Attack:
Zappflies: The Stranger shoots Zappflies from his crossbow, without being charged they don't go very far or do much damage but can be charged to deal decent damage and electrocute his enemy.

Boombats: The Stranger fires Boombats from his crossbow dealing dealing damage to everyone in an area but with VERY slow firing rate.

Stingbee's: The Stranger fires stingbee's from his crossbow very quickly for a decent range and each does very little damage.

Grab: The Stranger grabs his opponent.

Beatdown: The Stranger Headbutt's his opponent.

Up Throw: I ain't got time for this: The Stranger tosses his opponent into the air.

Down Throw: Nuthin Personal: The Stranger thrusts his opponents head into the ground.

Forward Throw: Get outa my face: The stranger kicks his opponent forward.

Backwards Throw: See ya: The Stranger spins around and throws his opponent behind him.

Shield: The Stranger shields.

Dodge: The Stranger Dodge rolls away

Final Smash: THE STEEF : All of the Strangers physical attacks are stronger and he moves far faster.

Background: A mysterious bounty hunter has been seen around the Mongo valley as of late. Grabbing every outlaw he can find to get as much Moolah as he can get for an even more mysterious operation

Neutral Standard Attack:
Hair Whip. Shantae whips her ponytail forward at high speed. Won’t cause flinching.
Up Tilt Standard Attack: Upward Thrust. Shantae whips her… HAIR upward. Pervert.
Down Tilt Standard Attack: Low Hair Whip. Shantae whips her hair forward at high speed while on her hands and knees. Won’t cause flinching.
Forward Tilt Standard Attack: Spitfire. Shantae shoots a small fireball from her hands.
Forward Dash Standard Attack: Fighter’s Cuff Elbow. Shantae slides forward, leading with her elbow.
Neutral Aerial Attack: Fighter’s Boots Kick (can combo into Fighter’s Sash Spin Kick). Shantae kicks upward into a small summersault. Fighter’s Sash Spin Kick; Shantae spins herself like a top and kicks diagonally downward.
Up Aerial Attack: Crescent Moon. Shantae flips in the air, sweeping her foot over herself in an arc.
Forward Aerial Attack: Hair Whip. Identical to her neutral standard, Shantae whips her ponytail forward while jumping.
Backwards Aerial Attack: Reverse Kick. Shantae kicks behind herself, giving herself some slight backward momentum.
Down Aerial Attack: Scimitar Thrust. Shantae forcefully thrusts her sword downward, flinging herself to the ground. Her literal sword. Perv.
Up Smash: Fighter’s Tiara. Shantae twirls her hair in a circle above her head.
Down Smash: Floor Sweep. Shantae consecutively snaps her hair in front then behind herself.
Side Smash: Heavy Kick. Shantae spins to her back, bringing around a strong kick.
Neutral Special Attack: Magic Pistol. Shantae draws a pistol and fires a weak magic projectile that won’t cause flinching. Can be charged up to triple strength to add knockback.
Up Special Attack: Pirate Canon. Shantae aims a canon at the ground and shoots a canon ball to launch herself upward. Can be done 3 times before landing.
NOTE:
Shantae has no double jump, instead she uses her pirate hat as a parachute to slow falling.
Down Special Attack: Dance. Shantae dances to activate her genie magic, transforming into one of her 5 forms depending on which dance move she ends on.
Side Special Attack: Risky Boots Scimitar Dash. Shantae charges forward with her sword poised in front of her, doing increasing damage to each enemy she hits without interruption.
Grab: Grab. Shantae grabs her opponent. This seems unnecessarily redundant.
Beatdown: Repeated Hair Whip. Shantae pelts the opponent with high speed ponytail whips.
Up Throw: Pirate Flare. Shantae lights a barrel sized flare and drops her opponent onto it, allowing the explosion to send them upward.
Down Throw: Drop the Canon Ball. Shantae takes her opponent to the ground, then drops a canon ball onto them.
Forward Throw: Genie’s Canon. Shantae stuffs her opponent into her canon and shoots them forward.
Backwards Throw: Dancing Partner. Shantae spins twice, dragging her opponent around with her and releases them behind her.
Shield: Bubble Shield. A simple spherical shield.
Dodge: Back Dash. Shantae twirls, skidding backward.
Final Smash: Belly Dance. Shantae belly dances, sending magical shockwaves that do medium damage. If all of her moves were timed correctly, her Lamp temporarily imbues her with light magic, making all of her attacks 100% stronger.

Transformation:
While in a different form, Shantae's moveset is very limited. All specials, most standard attacks, grab, dodge and shield are all unavailable.

Forms:

Monkey.

While in monkey form, Shantae is small, jumps higher, weighs less and can wall hang indefinitely.
Neutral Standard: Arm Swipe. Little monkey hands don’t do a lot of damage…
Forward Smash: Monkey Dash. While wall hanging, Shantae launches like a bullet.

Elephant.

While in elephant form, Shantae is large, moves slower, jumps very poorly, is immune to all knockback and weighs much more.
Forward Smash: Elephant Charge. Shantae charges forward, breaking obstacles and dealing huge damage.
Down Arial: Stomp. Shantae forces all of her weight into a powerful stomp, breaking weak floors and objects and dealing a small area of large damage.

Spider.

While in spider form, Shantae is small, can crawl on almost any surface, and can grab.
Forward Tilt: Spider Venom. A small stream of venom with short-medium range.
Forward Standard Dash Attack: Leap Grab. Shantae jumps forward, grabbing her opponent with both arms and four of her legs.
Grab Attack: Silk Cocoon. Shantae wraps her opponent in web, leaving them immobilized.

Harpy.

While in harpy form, Shantae is lighter, and can fly.
Arial Neutral Attack: Harpy Talon. Shantae sweeps her feet below her while flying.

Tinkerbat.

While in tinkerbat form, Shantae is small, can climb in most walls, is lighter, and cannot help but run and move frantically.
Neutral Standard Attack: Cutlass. Shantae swings a small, weak pirate sword in a tall arc.
Forward Smash: Battering Ram. Can break through weak walls or objects.

Mermaid.

While in mermaid form, Shantae moves very slowly out of water, can breathe underwater and jumps higher.
Neutral Standard Attack: Tail Swat. It’s really more shocking that damaging… and slimy. Causes a short stun.
Forward Tilt Standard: Bubble. Underwater only, Shantae shoots a large bubble that damages when it makes contact.

Background: Shantae is the half-genie official Guardian of Scuttle Town, hired by Mayor Scuttlebutt to protect the small fishing village from pirates and the like. The majority of her magic is based on her belly dancing, which allows her to transform into various different creatures, giving her new skills and abilities that help to overcome many challenges.
Since being hired as Guardian Genie, Shantae has defended against pirates led by her rival, Risky Boots, twice, the evil Pirate Master, and even her own Magic turned against her. Each time, she found herself on a much grander adventure than she expected, all of Sequin Land hanging in the balance.
Despite only being half-genie, she’s managed to overcome impossible odds with what magic she did possess, fighting skills learned along the way, her wits and… very little clothing. She’s never met her mother, as all of the full fledged genies disappeared from that realm sealing away the Pirate Master for the first time. During her adventures, Shantae has had her magic stolen by Risky Boots, who used the Magic Lamp to turn it dark, supposedly destroyed it by her own… er, hair, and was unexpectedly reunited with its purified form while defeating the Pirate Master for the final time.

Move Set

Neutral Standard Attack Annie kicks the enemy in the shin. When used in rapid succession, she switches between her feet and continues to kick the same shin.

Up Tilt Standard Attack Annie launches a fireball into the air at a 60 degree angle in front of her.

Down Tilt Standard Attack Annie places her hand to the ground, lighting it on fire to burn close enemies.

Forward Tilt Standard Attack Annie launches a fireball forward.

Forward Dash Standard Attack Annie skips at full speed, imbuing her whole hand with flame and pressing it against the enemy.

Neutral Aerial Attack Annie utilizes her shin kicking skills and can manage a well placed shin kick... mid-air.

Up Aerial Attack Annie launches a fireball straight into the air.

Forward Aerial Attack Annie launches a fireball forward.

Backwards Aerial Attack Annie skillfully launches a fireball behind her, between her legs.

Down Aerial Attack Annie launches a fireball directly below her.

Up Smash Incinerate (up). Annie launches Incinerate into the air above her. Flames spew from her palm in a cone shape. Charges to 3 tiers.
  • Tier 1 - Annie holds Amplifying Tome in her off hand- short charge, does basic damage
  • Tier 2 - Annie holds Needlessly Large rod in her off hand- medium charge, does additional damage
  • Tier 3 - Annie holds Luden's Echo in her off hand- max charge, homing fireballs burst from the ground and target the 4 nearest enemies (must be within close proximity)

Down Smash Incinerate (down). Annie uses Incinerate on the ground below her. The flames cause splash damage around her. Charges to 3 tiers.
  • Tier 1 - Annie holds Amplifying Tome in her off hand- short charge, does basic damage
  • Tier 2 - Annie wears Haunting Guise on her face- medium charge, does additional damage
  • Tier 3 - Annie wears Liandry's Torment on her face- max charge, does additional damage and burns the target for extra damage after the hit

Side Smash Incinerate (side). Annie uses Incinerate in front of her. Flames spew from her palm in a cone shape. Charges to 3 tiers.
  • Tier 1 - Annie holds Amplifying Tome in her off hand- short charge, does basic damage
  • Tier 2 - Annie holds Hextech Revolver in her off hand- medium charge, does additional damage
  • Tier 3 - Annie holds Will of the Ancients in her off hand- max charge, saps 1/5 of the damage dealt, converted into health

Neutral Special Attack Pyromania (accumulative charge). When fully charged, Annie's next special attack, smash attack, or final smash will stun the target of the attack. This can be interrupted only during the charge and Annie can avoid losing the charge by dodging the interrupt. If it's not fully charged, Annie can still hold onto the partial charge and keep building on it when able.

Up Special Attack Annie uses Teleport to disappear from her current location and reappear a small distance away in any designated direction.

Down Special Attack Molten Shield (single charge). Annie wraps herself in a fiery aura, standing still, charging and increasing her damage resistance during the charge. If Annie is attacked while she has on Molten Shield, the attacker will also take damage. When fully charged, Annie can then move and attack freely while the Molten Shield remains on her for a time limit. If Tibbers has been summoned as a final smash, he also gains the Molten Shield so long as Annie has it on.

Side Special Attack Disintegrate. Annie hurls a massive fireball in front of her and controls its movement while standing still, attempting to hit a target. Upon contact with an enemy/scenery/items it deals damage and extinguishes. It can graze an enemy without extinguishing and deals minor damage in doing so. Annie can be interrupted during her control of Disintegrate, causing it to disappear.

Grab Annie temporarily calls for Tibbers to assist her. He appears and grabs the target. Annie cannot move while temporarily calling on Tibbers.

Beatdown Tibbers' flaming aura damages the target as he holds them before he disappears.

Up Throw Tibbers grips the target hard and tosses them into the air before he disappears.

Down Throw Tibbers slams the target down and punches them once into the ground before he disappears.

Forward Throw Tibbers holds the target with one hand and punches them with the other, sending them flying forward before he disappears.

Backwards Throw Tibbers slams the target into the ground and slides them across it, flinging them behind him before he disappears.

Shield Annie wears Wooglet's Witchcap and becomes solid gold temporarily. As the gold is damaged, it cracks until it eventually breaks, stunning Annie.

Dodge Annie uses Flash.

Final Smash Annie fully summons Tibbers to a nearby location, in all his terror. Tibbers can move freely, independent of Annie, until he reaches his time limit. Tibbers emits a flaming aura that damages everything he gets near. Though difficult, it is possible to kill Tibbers before his time limit is up, causing him to disappear and have a cooldown before being able to assist Annie in any way.
