----Basic Information----

Mind behind the Character: Grell S - Bloody Mistress
Name: (RPC's Celestia Morgana
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Personality: Celestia acts like a total lady aside from her blunt snide remarks and her rather cheerful reactions towards disastrous situations. She loves having tea, and being a sarcastic Meister.

History: Celestia was born and raised in Death City in a rather large mansion by her parents and servants who were all Meisters before her. None of them managed to create a decent death scythe good enough to become Lord Death's, but she vows to become the descendant that finally succeeds in doing so, and won't accept anything but a perfect weapon in this goal. She grew up on stories her parents told her of when they attended the DWMA, and was so fascinated by their adventures that she just couldn't wait to go on some of her own, and enrolled as soon as she was old enough. Now in her fourth year she still hadn't found that perfect weapon yet, but she still maintains top grades.

----Abilities and Techniques Information----

Soul Resonance
- The ability to become one body one mind with her weapon, a skill that most Meister and Weapons have as a bond between them, and serves as their own unique combined attack.

Petal tornado
- While my weapon is in weapon form a tornado of rose petals surround me, and then attack the enemy when my weapon is swung at them.

Petal explosion
- Instead of using the petal tornado while weapon is in weapon form I can make those petals explode all at once for one big explosion, or at different intervals for smaller explosions.

Rose resurrection
- If the petal tornado or the petal explosion doesn't cut it there's always rose resurrection which is a trump card that also serves as a double-edged sword. At the cost of total energy and strength depletion a stomp on the ground causes the roses to go down into the floor out of sight before coming up underneath the ground underneath the enemy's feet.

Chi Block
- Her family has studied the art of chi blocking, and learning the weak points of all matters of species and races. If she's ever trapped and alone without a servant or a weapon she can get herself out of any situation on her own with her speed, and hitting the weak pressure points to both paralyze and knock people unconscious. She rarely uses this ability, liking to give her enemies a fighting chance before taking them out.
