Some politicians and lawyers are, as we all know, corrupt. New York City is especially no exception.

Corrupt lawyers bend rules and they're the ones who defend the crime families when any of them get into trouble. They hold a great deal of power in the city, and of course, they love chocolate and would like to see it become legal. So, in the end they're not all that bad.
