 Welcome to the sands and pyramids of Egypt, a land filled with mystery and treasures that both Archaeologists and Treasure Hunters flock to. When an underground tomb is found, with the sarcophagus of a Pharaoh inside, a team of Archaeologists are called in to examine the remains and place a date on the unnamed King of Egypt. While excavating the sight, the Pharaoh emerges from his crypt looking for a stolen item of his which will help him travel to the Underworld; the Black Heart of Osiris. Without the amulet, he cannot be laid to rest. The item itself was stolen many years prior, and now both Archaeologists and Tomb Raiders have to team together to find it or Pharaoh Hamadi will use his undead army to take back Egypt and force the world to its knees under his will.

She has never been swayed to switch to the darker side of archaeology, like Xavier, and has always had a desire to inform the world of what is hiding just out of reach.

He's not a black-hearted thief, but a desperate man trying to make it in the world when no ones takes him seriously. He's close to all his fellow Raiders, and makes sure they always win in the end. Coincidentally, Conner is his ex-best friend, whom he left behind to pursue bigger paychecks. Faye also used to be Conner's girlfriend but they broke up when she became a Tomb Raider/Treasure Hunter with Xavier. However, Xavier turned to the dark side and offered her a share in what he took. Her darker past took hold and she followed the Archaeologist-turned-Tomb Raider. Faye brings a lot more to the table than good looks and past experience in thieving, having more intelligence than people give her credit for.

Bio: Nuru was a High Priestess in Egypt when Hamadi was Pharaoh. Her powers were unrivalled and many said she was a demigod, a child of Isis whom she spoke for. She was given gold and treasures beyond imagination. Hamadi even chose her as his personal Priestess in his time of ruling and she aided him well. She prophesised many great trials Egypt would face and allowed Hamadi to overcome them with ease. Her magic was used to sway battles to Egypt's favor and she was an expert healer. She also crafted the Black Heart of Osiris while Hamadi was on his death-bed, foreseeing someone stealing the Book of the Dead from his crypt. As it happened, the Book was stolen but with the Heart he was able to rest peacefully in the Underworld. However, in modern times, someone stole the Heart and now Hamadi has come back to life to reclaim it. He resurrected her to make sure he gets his way, but she has no real control over herself this time. She is merely a puppet.

Stepping out from Cairo Airport, bags in tow, Conner Colichemarde and his fellow Archaeologist, Lillian Delpham, walked towards the waiting taxi for them. They had been blessed with discovery of a new previously unknown Pharoah by an assistant of Colichemarde. That assistant, Azibo Msrah, had stated that Conner Colichemarde should bring as many fellow archaeologists as possible for the monumental discovery. As they got into the taxi that Azibo was driving, the two top Archaeologists began talking to one another.
"I heard that there was evidence of scorch marks found on the outer stones exposed. I sincerely hope tomb raiders haven't gotten through," Lillian mentioned.
The word 'tomb raider' made Conner sick to his stomach. His ex-best friend and ex-girlfriend were both tomb raiders now. His ex-best friend, Xavier Schteingarten, had not only been a promising Archaeologist but also the closest friend Conner had known. And he left for a life of crime, taking his girlfriend with him. It made him bitter inside.
"I agree. I hope they never get through," he sighed.

إلى أرض مصر نذهب ...     ... To the Land of Egypt we go ////Two Tomb Raiders sat in a cafe in downtown Cairo, looking at a map which pointed to the tomb. "If we get there at night, and bring lanterns and everything, we might strike it rich!" the male, Xavier Schteingarten, said, grinning from ear to ear.
He glanced to his partner, a beautiful tattooed beauty with long raven hair and two different colored eyes (one blue, one green). "I don't know, what about the Archaeologists that got there today? They might pose a problem to us, Xavier" the female, Faye Winham, said with a questioning tone.
"I can take care of anything they dish out. This is our biggest pay check in years!" Xavier exclaimed. Faye couldn't help but agree with him. The amount of times he'd stated they should steal something and they ended up with a huge pay-check meant his word was law.

The Archaeologists made their way to the Tomb while the sun was still up. When Conner looked at the scorch marks on the outside of the tomb, he realised they were so old, possibly decades. The actual door to the tomb was unopened, but a section of exposed wall was carved open. It was likely raiders had already broken through after growing impatient with the door.
"I hope the treasures are still in tact," Lillian sighed.
"It's not too likely, but let's pray that's the case," Conner groaned.
They made their way through the dark corridors, lit by their LED lanterns, following Azibo through the maze-like path. Once they came upon the burial chamber, they noticed several skeletons on the floor and spears embedded in the walls. Possibly from raiders being killed to preserve the tomb. Azibo carefully opened the doors and the two Archaeologists walked inside. In the center of the room sat the sarcophagus, adorned in gold and jewels.
"It's beautiful!" Lillian exclaimed.

إلى أرض مصر نذهب ... ... To the Land of Egypt we go////"You can say that again," Xavier said from behind the Archaeologists.
Although he'd told Faye that they'd wait until dark, he knew he saw familiar faces in town. The instant he saw Conner in that taxi, he knew his chance was in order. Conner never thought about people following him and getting him to do the dirty work of opening everything up. Faye stood beside him, arms folded over her chest showing off the half-sleeves she had. Since she had left Conner so many years ago, she'd gotten many more tattoos than the hieroglyphics of her name across her right collarbone. She stood their with a smug grin as Xavier took control of the situation. Before long, the room began to shake. The sarcophagus glowed with a vibrant white light and before long, the mummy of the Pharoah before them rose from it's tomb. Faye and Xavier knelt down, followed by Conner and his companions.
"من يجرؤ على توقظني من النوم بلدي!" he roared.
Xavier looked to Faye, who quietly translated for the group. "He wants to know why we woke him, Pharaoh Hamadi, from his slumber," she began. She rose from the ground and looked to the golden-eyed mummy before her. "نحن ولك المستكشفين يأتون إلى البحث عن الحقيقة المدفونة معك. نطلب بتواضع لعفوك في التعدي على ممتلكات الغير" she said. She was asking for the Pharoah to forgive them for trespassing. She wondered how he was able to be alive at the moment, but thought it was not likely to be answered.
"لا يهمني من أنت! البحث قلبي اسود أوزوريس أو أعطي اضرب العالم الذي تعيشون فيه مع الطاعون الظلام التي سوف يحكمون على مدى إلى الأبد!" he roared back and with a wave of his hand sent everyone out into the blaring sun outside on the hot sand.
Xavier picked Faye off the ground and dusted her off. He looked to her and the Archaologists before looking to the now resealed door of the tomb. "What....just happened?" he asked.
"So apparently we have to find this 'Black Heart of Osiris' for this Hamadi guy or he is going to enslave the world," Faye stated shakily.

Conner was shell-shocked to see his ex-best friend and ex-girlfriend in the same place at the same time, not just because of how they left him but also why they were there. They wanted to steal and sell so many treasures hidden within the tomb. It broke his heart. Just as he was about to try and talk sense into them, the Pharaoh rose from his sarcophagus and spoke....roared...at them all. Once they were tossed outside, he made sure Lillian was alright before turning to Faye and Xavier. "If we have to find a lost trinket, it's going to be impossible. We might as well kiss our freedom and our world as we know it goodbye," Conner sighed.
"Not true," Lillian began before Conner gave her a confused look, "when it comes to finding treasures, who else can you turn to than a tomb raider and treasure hunter? I know you may not like it, but we have to team up and find that trinket together. Otherwise, we will kiss our lifestyle goodbye."
Conner wanted to argue with Lillian that trusting the likes of Xavier and Faye would be worst idea, but she was right. They needed to team up and use their skills to find the Black Heart of Osiris to allow Pharaoh Hamadi to rest in the Underworld. The fate of the world hung in the balance of archaeologists and thieves...

That's because we know the tricks of the trade you don't. That being said, you have access to more information than we do because of your job. This needs to be an equal partnership."
Faye looked between Xavier and Conner before locking her eyes with Lillian. The two women gave a nod before shaking hands firmly. The boys followed after their example and the alliance was, begrudgingly, formed. As Lillian and Conner spoke amongst themselves about what the first plan of action would be to find the Black Heart, Faye was typing away on her computer. After a lengthly search, she found something and called the Archaeologists over.
"I found some trivia to begin with. It says here that there was a Pharaoh who was buried with two trinkets to help him pass to the Underworld. He was given the Black Heart of Osiris by a priestess and sorceress named Nuru because she foresaw the Book of the Dead being stolen from him," Faye stated. "And in 1918 there was a Book of the Dead being bought around by those dealing in the Black Market. It might have been around that very time that Hamadi's tomb was first broken into," she continued. "Judging by the skeletons we found near the burial chamber, I'm guessing that members of the second group that came in and stole the Black Heart awoke Hamadi and he, enraged, attacked and killed some of them. What I don't get is how he was resting after though. Maybe the magic that woke him wasn't strong enough?" she finished.
"Regardless of how and why, we need to know where the Black Heart is. Any ideas judging by the artefacts we found?" Xavier asked.
"Considering I saw a Sturmgewehr 44 and a Walther P38 beside the skeletons, I'm guessing they were Germans. I'd say the likely possibility is that the Nazi party wanted the Black Heart. Legend says that not only would it grant the dead permanent sleep without the Book of the Dead, but if it were given to a living host it would grant them unimaginable power. Maybe Hitler wanted it to try and win the second World War without struggle?" Faye mentioned.
