Poor Claudius has always had a difficult time casting magic that isn't for cursing people, as the spells always backfire on him. Give him a hand and create some new spells for him to try!

Name of the spell:: Hibicus Pibicous Intended Effect/Purpose:: Hibicus Pibicous changes the skin color of the intended target. Usually from normal skin color to a color in the blue spectrum. How is the spell cast:: You say the spell name "Hibicus Pibicous" while hitting your staff (no matter what its form) on the ground while keeping eye contact with the victim. Or for wand users a quick flick of the wrist aimed at target. Optional, does it make any cool colors or have an elemental affinity:: There isn't any elemental affinity. In wand magic when done correctly teal sparks shoot out. In staff magic you can see the target turn color from the feet upward.

Name of the spell:: Glamrous Illuminae
Intended Effect/Purpose:: The target will have tiny glitters that makes it glow and appear alluring to the eyes of everyone.
How is the spell cast:: The incantation for this spell is Glamrous Illuminae (same as its name). Along with the incantation, it also have its corresponding wand wave, which is illustrated in the picture below.
At the end of the wand wave, the casters must immediately tap (using the wand) the object they want to apply the spell with. In case the object is far, instead of tapping, they must point the wand to the object. After tapping or pointing, a burst of tiny glitters will come out from the end of the wand, and will go to the object. At the moment the glitters touch the object, there will be a tiny explosion of glitters (doesn't destroy or move anything), and the effect will then be seen.
Optional, does it make any cool colors or have an elemental affinity:: The color/s of the glitters depend on what the casters want. If they imagine white, the glitter will be white.

Name of the spell:: Floravita Intended Effect/Purpose:: Causes plants to grow. It can also be used to rejuvenate dead or dying plants. It's great to use when you need some quick ingredients for other spells and potions. How is the spell cast:: So, for this spell you need three things: 1) A seed, leaf, or other part of the plant you wish to grow, 2) a small bit of soil, and 3) some water. Now, what you're going to do is concentrate on your purpose (in this case, trying to make a plant grow), while doing that, gently place your fingers into the water and move your hand slowly back and forth while saying "Wind and water, together they breath life into the earth and so shall these words." If done correctly there should be anywhere from 5-15 seconds after where the water glows aqua in colour before it fades to normal. Make sure your plant, seed, leaf, or other plant piece is planted into the soil that you have, then simply pour some of the water onto it and you should see your plant grow or replenish right in front of you! The more you wish for the plant to grow, the more water you should pour. Remember that water doesn't go bad, so keep whatever water you don't use in sealed bottle. Do not dispose of extras, as we do not want any unintended overgrowth of the local flora.
