With the hippo downed, pulled from the water's edge with difficulty and the Enda present patrolling to ensure nothing crept up on them, the pride would be safe to eat their fill once Udaka returned with those who wanted to partake in something far rarer instead of the typical meals the pride was used to. They had to act quickly though. It wasn't long after the final blow was dealt that the vultures already began appearing around the small hunting party. It would be a matter of time until hyenas began creeping at their borders, but at least for now the Aenda would be able to handle keeping anything unwanted away.
It was no surprise that Bangizwe was at the head of the part of the pride that returned with Udaka. His golden coat shimmering lightly in the morning light. Most cubs who could not come were likely left with their grandmothers or aunts, if not their mothers. The pecking order of who ate first certainly came into play here, with the Abaholi first, the victorious hunters with them and then the nursing mothers. Everyone else fell into a certain position after that with the Lusizi last.

This is the last official post from me for this! I realized that there is little to no reason to do an ORP of them...eating. It'd be rather boring and uneventful so it is assumed that all who were ICly part of the pride when this took place had the option of participating if they were able. You are welcome to post here with your lions chatting, but I will be providing no further prompts or updates to this ORP!

All female participants may claim a new, ceremonial rank! You must have posted in this ORP at least once to be able to use it.
Enkulu (pl.Omkulu) - "Great" This rank is more like a title than a traditional rank and is 100% for bragging rights. It's proof, granted by the Abaholi at the time, showing that these lionesses went above and beyond a normal hunter's call to aid in celebrating the good fortune the pride was enjoying. It's a sort of 'addition' to a rank. A lioness might be known (and certed) as an Enkulu, but they will never stop being a Busisa, Umzingeli or anything else. They may get a bit more special treatment, especially in the first few months after a Mkhulu, but it is not expected or the norm.

So we request for a cert change? or ... I'm mildly confused for the moment. Since you said it's a title. If it's a cert change though they still take on the job of whatever they were before the hunt right?

Yes, it is a rank that can go on the cert. It's a rank that ICly acts more like a title than a true rank like Busisa or Cinga, since it doesn't actually give them any special perks besides bragging rights or change their daily tasks at all. Oh, and yes, they continue their normal rank's duties.

You also don't have to use it if you don't want it, it's just a bonus for the people that participated in the ORP. c:
