    [[Personality]] Blair likes to be the mysterious girl and as such tries her utmost play her emotions, thoughts, and so forth close to her chest. She is fairly successful at it most of the time and as such she isn't an easy person to read. She enjoys a bit of solitude from time to time and she has a reputation for being a great person to confide secrets with. Blair also enjoys collecting things, its not so much keeping these little treasure she enjoys but the discovery of new things. She can be adventurous and likes to explore her surrounding. She disapproves of wrong doing and can be a sucker for a good cause. She will usually come off as being friendly and sweet so long as you don't ask her too much about herself in one sitting. She is also a good source of advice but if you want it you have to ask for it. Blair is also known for being level headed and open minded. While she is a believer in the church she is not particularly strongly aligned to it. Sexuality would be Hetero-flexible.

    [[Background]] Blair is a teenager with platinum hair with a naturally high lustrous shine that makes it look very much like silver. Her eyes stand out from her hair color as they are the distinct reddish-brown of mahogany wood. The girl herself has a fair complexion and nice figure despite several brushes in her past with sever injury. When she was young, all before the age of 9, when her younger sister was born, she suffered from five sever accidents. Two of which were life threatening and all of which came from her exploring for things to collect as a child. Since her little sister was born she had only one more accident when she was 11, this one being her closest call yet from an head injury. She recovered after about a month. Since growing older she has become much more graceful and is more than capable of handling herself while poking around the countryside. Her exploring and hunting for things all started with Geo-cashing when she was young. Now, her poking around in the countryside is the farthest she has ever been away from home in the town where Kuoh Academy is located. As she grew older she enrolled in Kuoh Academy and began attending school there.

    Due to her frequent escapades around the city and the surrounding countryside she is actually very well informed about the city she lives in. Some might even call her a very lucky girl. This isn't just because of her repeated escapes from death but also because her exploring and treasure hunting has found natural gem deposits. Nothing high grade but it is an interesting find that she collected a few unrefined stones from and then left behind as a place only she knows of. Her pursuits have made her knowledge of the area rival even a GPS according to her close friends. Those same friends also spend a fair amount of time tagging along with her when she set out outside of town, which may actually be one real reason she avoid injury now a days, since they find her trips to be exciting. While her friends tend to view her adventurous lifestyle as being exciting Blair herself doesn't think it is all that unusual. She is quiet happy with her fairly normal life to date.

    What she thought of as her normal everyday came to an end do to an accident in the forests around the city. She had grown up past tripping and hurting herself but sometimes fate finds ways around things. Even caution can't always protect against plain bad luck. After getting caught up in a small land slide she was impaled by a length of a broken tree branch. She meet Cerise in the park along the shore of the lake where she had collapsed under a tree along side the Sunset Path. Blair accepted the proposed offer made by the succubus and upon her death gave up her human like to be reborn as demon in the service of the House of Arushi. The girl as a demon became a kind of subspecies of succubi like her master known most commonly as sirens. Blair soon after awakening set out with Cerise to begin her new life in service of her new master as a bishop.

        Shimmering Winds (Act) - A warm, gentle breeze that can be felt and seen in how effects its surroundings. This wind can travel for two hundred yards to reach its target. It feels like a midsummer wind to those it passes over and besides watching it disturb leaves and other light objects the progress of this power can be tracked by following the shimmering field of green lights that float about in the air currents. Upon reaching the target the warm wind carrying the green lights embraces the target and encases it in a stead green glow for the duration of the powers influence. So long as that influence is in effect the target will be healed of all wounds at the same time at a rapid pace.
        Gale of Reinforcement (Cond/Act) - A strong gust of wind that moves rapidly towards its target. This wind can travel to a target three hundred yards out and slams into it with enough force to violently flap loose clothing. This wind power can be seen more noticeably than Shimmering winds as they have more power to move light objects and also carries a similar field of light specs, in this case red. This power requires the Blessed Wind's user to declare a stat such as speed, strength, magic, ect upon casting and when the wind reaches the target the target will be enveloped in a temporary aura of red light before their abilities in that area are buffed for a duration of 5 posts at the most.
        Mists of Avalon (Act) - A very powerful magical defense cast and controlled by the Blessed Wind Sacred Gear. This power cast out a gentle but surprising fast moving wind upon which a thick white fog travels. This fog can be used to conceal the movements of allies and hinder the movement of enemies through misdirection if they move into a large bank in a manner similar to a loop trap, keeping them going in circles within or simply spitting them back out immediately as if they turned 180 degree back and stepped out the second they stepped in. More importantly the fog creates a barrier that nullifies magic attacks that enter into the mists. The duration of the Mist of Avalon depend on its use. When used for immediate defense of Blair's person (usually within 10 yards of her location and only a small cloud) it will disperse after nullifying the immediate magic attacks. The large clouds that exert the fog's full power can linger for 5 posts.
        Icy Wind (Act) - An offensive power of the Blessed Wind Sacred Gear. This power creates a powerful blast of gale force winds that are heavily laced with ice crystals. The offensive technique contains a great deal of knock back power capable of throwing back even sure high physical ability opponents. It has very limited range of no more than 10 yards and is very difficult to dodge, but since the ice crystals in the wind are only capable of inflicting scratches and tearing light clothing and the knock back though strong is easy to recover from the attack is really rated fairly weak as far as magic attacks go.
        Song of Enthrallment (Act) - Blair as a siren has a very powerful and very dangerous power. Like succubi they can enchant the opposite sex with a fair amount of ease with looks alone. But when a siren sings the song is laced with magic power. The song is plain and simply the most beautiful thing that anyone could hear, rivaling even heavenly tunes, instantly drawing interest. Just singing isn't necessarily dangerous as the siren must have intent (hence the active ability) for the abilities to take affect. But when the intent is there the song take on very very powerful hypnotizing effects. Those of the opposite gender that hear it fall into a trance and are drawn recklessly to the source, and will remain completely vulnerable and open to suggestion for even a few minutes after the singing stops. The song can last for up to five posts and the dazed effects will always linger for one additional post after the singing ends.
