Toshiro Hitsugaya: He and his granny found her after she died from the human world and went to the soul society. They took her in and even though the white haired boy was often mean she stood by him and even followed him into the academy since Granny died. Ayame wasn't sure but she didn't want to be separated from him.
Akio Kaitsigaya: She is her older sister. She and Ayame both died at the same time in the human world. But she was not with Ayame when they were in the Soul Society. Instead she was found and trained by Sosuke Aizen.
Ichigo Kurosaki: He is a very good friend to her and he's great to talk to when she needs some motivation.
Urahara: When Ayame and Akio were still alive in the human world Urahara actually knew her. She had the gift of seeing spirits and soul reapers and one day she saw him kill a Hollow. Demanding who he was and him shocked that she could see him they struck up conversation and spent time together after that. He acted as her dad since hers was abusive. When he found out she died he went back to the soul society to find her- and he did but she did not remember him. Urahara losing his "Daughter" twice.

Bankai: "Bankai! Hoippu ken! I will vanquish you for there is no other choice!" Her Bankai release turns into a more maneuverable than Renji's sword whip. It's faster than his and it has more sharp ends. It's smaller than his and it can swing around someone and sink it's sharp ends into their skin. She can create waves of flames with her Bankai.

Familial Background: Ayame was abused in the human world with her sister Akio. The two were born in Ikebukuro and that was where they lived. Their father was abusive and mostly beating Ayame for killing his wife. Ayame soon befriend Urahara since she could see ghosts. One day her careless father dropped a cigarette in oil on the floor in a drunken fit and her house lit up. All three died that night. Urahara- seeing her house ablaze rushed over and saw it was destroyed. He then went to the Soul society and spent a few years looking for her before seeing her again- rejoicing he went over but it turned out she remembered nothing- not even him. He still watches over her though and he's protective.
