I haven't been on Gaia for a few years, but I'm slowly coming back and visiting all the old guilds I belonged to. So I guess I am. smile

Greetings Fawks!
While I am the original guildmaster I have not been on Gaia hardly at all since I passed off ownership prior to leaving on my mission. I plan to help resurrect the guild but my time available to dedicate to Gaia is fairly limited. If you would like to ask your question feel free to do so here or in pm and I will do my best to answer.

They were bashing Mormons and I had to say something. I hate arguments and they were trying to talk over me. I said that Mormons do believe in Jesus and they argued with me on that. I had two of them both talking at me. One saying no the Mormons think Joseph Smith is Jesus. And the other one going they think Moroni is Jesus. Then it was turned to other aspects of the faith. So frustrating.

It's called Bible bashing and they are just looking for a fight. I commend you for standing up to them. I have come across this both in High School and in College (well, community college, you don't come across this much at BYU-I)
Best thing I can say is stand up to them, but don't let them bring you down to their level. If they are willing to have a civilized conversation, go for it. Share ideas.
If, however, they are talking over you and just trying to pick a fight, just walk away. The Spirit cannot stay in that kind of atmosphere and, trust me, you don't want to be with people who willingly drive the Spirit away.
