I really dislike those nights where I am not able to sleep for more than a couple of hours. The reason mainly for it is for the lack of food I ate yesterday. I didn't eat too much so by the time I woke up I was quite hungry, and was unable to go back to sleep. Weird thing is that i gained half a pound. But probably from the overeating on Saturday?
I find it interesting how with a lack of sleep I am more effective caffeine seems to be. Meaning production at work is slightly better the less sleep I get which I think normally would not make sense.
