Its currently dawn. The general cleanup is complete and few areas void of upkeep in the last century have broken down and are sealed off for repairs. All in all the brewery is on its way back to completion.

Shen "speak now or leave. I have things to attend to...sake to drink...a grave to visit" Lightning had suddenly erupted from the Sky of Gensokyo, being high within Youkai Mountain. The lightning had struck the ground by the mountain, leaving behind several scorch marks and one hulking figure. The Oni stood and grimaced seeing how much his home had fallen into disrepair over the century he was gone. His rage filled as he looked on in regret and pain. This is where it all happened. He had not been back in a long time. At this moment in time, his life had to continue the beginning of what would be to repair his home and see to his forge. Though now that he had returned, he was sure his old friend's barrier had been stable. The average annoyance away from his home would be gone and annoying people would come bugging him eventually. "....I will continue....and I will live...." He paused looking at his own hands in regret of the pain he caused and the pain he suffered. "....well...back to work..."

One day, the Frog Goddess, Suwako Moriya, along with her Shrine companions, Kanako Yasaka and Sanae Kochiya, had all decided to go to Shen's brewery to get a few drinks for a special occasion as it was the Moriya shrine's anniversary.
"Hurry Hurry," Suwako said in a childish manner, "We don't want to miss this moment!" Suwako and her companions had arrived at the brewery.

Shen "speak now or leave. I have things to attend to...sake to drink...a grave to visit" A light flinch indicated Shen noticed the presence of another on his brewery. One short leap and he landed just a few yards from Suwako "..a God?.....oh...you are a part of the squatters on the other side of the mountain. How did you find my brewery so fast?....I only just uncovered it....oh well..." his pained eyes looked her over. Normally his general dislike of company would make him chase her away but not only was she not a human and seemingly friendly, she was also utterly adorable. Enough to melt his cold heart. "I guess I could open my doors...its been over a hundred years...but I have some of my brew I can share...."
