APPLICANT RULES
1. Do not use these colouring samples on my lines as examples of your work in any other hiring threads. I will get mods involved if this happens. Please also don't use other shop hiring lines for the other samples of your works, even if the shop says you can. If you do not have colouring samples other than the ones you work on here but you draw or paint link me some links of that and I will look at it smile . Or just leave it blank.
2. That said do not catch you showing these elsewhere to your friends. If you wish to show them your colouring, link them to here.
3. If you want a reason as to why I don't hire you in the end PM me. I will talk to you smile . If you want pointers during the hiring time, please PM me. I am so ok with this!

1. We don't have Part Timer/Full Timer ranks. You work at what you can.
2. There is a minimum criteria and it's very minimum. It's 3 wolves each month. This can be a breeding or 3 customs.
3. Guest Colourists are all semi-permanant and will have to request each event they wish to work.
4. We colour lineart. You can also colour the shading but please make sure it shares the same value of shadow.
5. Wolves do not have husky tails, their bone in their spine does not allow them to bend or curl in the shape a husky or malamute's can. You can dock them but they aren't going to be stubs. They can just be shortened by either a mutation or forced-dock by a trap. Please be aware there aren't many traps in the Hinterlands but sometimes there are. Tail docking must be extremely rare. I think I can name 2-3 in the years I've coloured for FH that I have docked.
6. Pertaining to tails again: The coloured pet is just a still of what the pet looks like. Lones, Gammas, Shamans, and Omegas can not lift their tail more than a Beta's. A Beta can not lift his or her tail past the Alpha's uncerts. Betas can not lift their tail as much as the Alpha's. This is a tail guide.
7. All edits and items must be semi-realistic. Sure, wolves can have an extra tuff that makes very little sense in the wild. But they can not have kawaii anime or emo hair. Items shouldn't be a full set of armor. **I will be making a Custom and Breeding Thread and you can look at what people can and can't order.
8. You do not need to edit or place items on any of your wolves. Please feel free to be just a colour-only colourist. This will not tilt the scales for me.
9. Edit-capable colourists can open item and edit shops.
10. Finish all your Criteria and you can get 2 freebies of whatever you wish each month.
11. When doing a Breeding. All of the siblings must grow at once in one drop off. If you are sharing a breeding between colourists or a colourist does a custom slot for themselves in that breeding you must wait for them to finish the sibling that they are colouring to drop the next stage.
12. Each Stage takes a month to grow. It is not Criteria you finish every stage at the same time but it is my opinion to at least grow the pup and adol at the same time and work on the adults for 2 months.
Pertaining to Your Attitude
1. You and I must get along with each other. If you do not get along with someone on staff, I am here for you and that person to help cause some sort of civil rift. I will not accept inner drama. I will not take a side. I will also not stir up any rifts you and I will have between each other. I am always striving to lose grudges in my life and get on with it.
2. You have the right to say no to work in which you do not feel comfortable with. However, if you ignore the work and do not tell anyone on staff that you are uncomfortable even though you've rolled or accepted it. You must have a reason for not wanting to do this work.
3. If you end up doing the work you didn't feel comfy doing and it looks bad. It is a rule in this shop that customers can approach me and it actually does look bad to me I will redeem it.
4. Do not make hollow promises. I made these in my last run of this shop and I am guilty and now I have a lot of owed work that people can come up to me and talk to me about. Don't follow my example. If you do not feel like you can't put another thing on your plate, say no.
5. Do not be rude to a customer in a thread even if they are being rude to you. I am an opinionated person and I know people are like this too. But if they single you out. Quote or PM me and I will come in and access the problem. If I am not available, quote Rev.
6. I will be critiquing all of your colouring works. Don't think that what I am going to say to you is evil and/or mean. I am a Fine Arts Major. I deal with people ripping my art into pieces every day. I will not be one of them and I know font and text can mean little when trying to get a point across but I will never be rude or inconsiderate of your feelings and neither should any other colourist or customer be inconsiderate.
7. If you have a problem with me and can't PM me. Talk to Rev. However know that I will never lash out at you. Usually I will show Rev conversations to see if my actions are good. Especially if it's about something I've done wrong.
