Kind, compassionate, gentle, and empathetic to all, she flinches at the idea of harming another living thing, and is even a vegetarian (though that's more a rabbit thing than a gentleness thing). Candy is also very cheerful, and much like the sugar in all the dishes she cooks, is very energetic, and sometimes a little hyperactive. She is rarely one to stop smiling, always having a bright and sunny disposition. She is, however, not afraid to scold those in her life for their idiocy, oftentimes playing the voice of reason, sometimes full-time considering the world she lives in.

Known only as the "Moonrace," like their cockroach brothers from Mars, they now reside in Hex Food World. It was here that Candy's parents met. Both chefs from a long line of chefs, they grew close over their love of cooking food, and had a daughter named Candace.
Candy was babied by her mother and father, though didn't turn out spoiled, and was well-loved among the citizens of Hex Food World for her sweet and cheerful personality. Like both her parents, she adopted cooking as her passion, though preferred to cook only desserts. Believing a good dessert could make even the worst day better, Candy decided to head out into the Human World and become the first ever gourmet dessert chef, and maybe one day find a handsome Gourmet Hunter to Combo with (she was always the romantic).
Leaving Hex Food World at the young age of 13, Candy immediately got a job at Hotel Gourmet... as a waitress. Yeah... not the best start for an aspiring dessert chef.
