"You should never regret something that made you smile."
James wiped his eyes gently, scootching to the edge of the bed and placing his feet on the floor. His eyes found themselves glued to the floor as he brushed his hair back with his hand. "Secret?" He asked softly, obviously still confused "I haven't a clue what you mean. I'm not mad, every boy has urges at your age." He smiled softly and scratched the back of his head, nervously laughing. "I suppose it's to be expected that you'd start to like guys, being at an all guys school, after all." He said simply. It was very apparent that James either had no idea about Lexander's feelings, or was simply a very good liar. After a moment of silence, James sighed and leaned forward, letting his elbows rest on his knees as he held his head in his hands. "I'm not sure how to handle this." He admitted, his hair hiding his face from view "I'm a little scared of the consequences. What do I do...?"

Lexander groaned softly when James had treated him like a normal teenager that was controlled by his hormones. As expected from the school's nurse. Well, in Lex's case, it was mostly true. He was a hormonal teenager. But he didn't use James as an experiment, he would never do that. He had already done that the past two years with uncountable people. He was hoping for something different with James, and even though he knew it was a long shot, he still decided to take it. "I've liked boys longer than I've been here" Lexander said a bit frustrated. He hated the excuses that James was telling him, or rather telling himself. Lexander knew why he done that, but James didn't, or maybe he didn't want to know, which is why he was making all these dumb assumptions about Lex.
Hearing the male admit that he was scared of the consequences, and had no idea what to do, Lexander let a soft sigh escape his lips. In all honesty, Lexander had no idea what to do either. But he wasn't going to tell that to James. He sat on the bed again, leaving a good distance between him and the older male. His eyes, just like Jamie's, where on the ground. "Forget it ever happened" Lexander said softly. Even though he didn't want that, he knew that there was no chance that James would actually take him seriously, so Lex would rather act like it was nothing. At least then, the older male might feel a little at ease and maybe, hopefully, things could go back to the way it used to be.

James nodded in understanding when Lex admitted that he'd always liked boys. He was mentally kicking himself for being insensitive and making some silly excuses, but he just didn't know what to do now. He had no experience with this type of thing, and the only way he could look at it was from a doctor's perspective. "I-I'm sorry, I've just never... Had this happen before." He said. "I've never been... intimate before." He could only cross his fingers and hope that Lex wouldn't laugh at his admittance to being a total virgin. James focused so much on his work that he never had time to go out and become emotionally or physically involved with someone. "I will try my best to forget it." He said, sighing gently and squirming nervously "But I have to ask... Why did you... Do that?"

Lexander nodded slowly, knowing the fact that not every student that came in here actually assaulted James, let alone in his sleep. Now that Lexander thought about it, it was one of the most stupidest things he's ever done. But he couldn't take it back now. And even though he was feeling guilty, he wouldn't want to take it back. He did what he was always afraid to do, and it made him extremely happy, even if for the few moments that weren't mixed with guilt. Hearing the fact that James was still a virgin, Lexander's eyes grew wide a bit as he looked at the older male just to see if he was serious. He was. Lexander slowly looked down again. He probably just freaked out the older male with his actions.
The fact that James was still a virgin brought such an unexpected joy to Lex. "I'm the one who should be sorry" Lexander said softly, pretending to ignore the fact that the guy was still a virgin, knowing it must have been embarrassing for him to admit that. Lexander wondered if James had ever kissed someone before, if he didn't Lexander could have just been his first kiss. Well, the male was asleep, but nonetheless, it was a pretty exciting thing for Lex. Hearing the question, Lex bit his inner cheek softly. He obviously had to ask that, because he really deserved an explanation. "Y-You were just there and I couldn't really stop myself" Lexander said, before realizing how dumb that sounded. It was nothing like what he had wanted to say, but he couldn't really tell Jamie he liked him. Not now at least, seeing as Lex is only sixteen, he guessed that James wouldn't even take him seriously.

James nodded a little at the answer to his question, letting his hands rest in his lap as he let out a long sigh. This was rather frightening for him, and he had realized how nervous he had been. He decided it'd be best to try relaxing a little. He didn't feel grossed out or anything, even after what Lex had done, what bothered him more than anything was that he'd been asleep. He knew he shouldn't admit such a thing but he found the words coming out of his mouth anyway. "If you do decide to try that again," he said gently, closing his eyes tight to give himself some courage "I'd like to be awake for it." The older male found a embarrassed blush covering his cheeks, making him look like a little kid. After a moment he opened his eyes and looked up at Lex from where he sat on the bed. His brown eyes looked into the boy's blue ones, trying to read his reaction.

Lexander didn't just hate the silence that fell between them, he despised it. Waiting patiently for James to say something, though knowing how hard it must be for the older male to process this. It was certainly hard for Lex as well, even if he enjoyed the moments as they lasted, every part of his body was starting to get tense now. Every part of him was starting to regret what he had done. He knew there was no point in regret now, and he was still sort of happy that he got to taste Jamie's lips, seeing as things might be weird between them from now onward.
Hearing the other speak, Lexander instantly looked up at him. He was shocked at the words that rolled off his mouth. Lexander couldn't help but grin widely at the thought that the 'little' hope they had just grew a little bigger. Chewing on his swollen lip softly as he saw the older male's blush, Lexander could feel the happiness running through his veins. "Of course, my bad" Lexander said with a smirk as he got off the bed and talk small steps towards James, his teeth still digging into his lower lip. He stood in front of the older male before reaching out his hands and running them through Jamie's hair slowly.
After only a few moments of admiring the male's eyes, Lexander crashed his lips onto Jamie's. The kiss was much more passionate than the one before seeing as James was actually awake this time. And because Lexander had been craving those lips ever since he tasted them a little while ago. He tugged softly at Jamie's hair before breaking off the kiss "Go out with me" Lexander breathed out softly, their faces only inches apart. Even though it sounded more like a demand, he was tending for it to be more question-like. He was also hoping, more like praying, that James would say yes.

Jamie flinched slightly when he felt Lexander begin running his fingers through the aged male's hair. He looked at Lex with a small amount of innocent until Lex leaned in and pressed his lips against his. James found his body tensing at first, until a warm tingle spread through him and helped him relax. The tug at his hair sent a spark through James and when the kiss was finally broken he looked dazed, his cheeks were a bright crimson now, and his mind seemed to be out in the clouds. Even as Lex spoke words to him, he didn't entirely register them. It took him a moment for James to figure out what Lex had said, and when he did his eyes widened. For a moment millions of thoughts ran through the man's head, but he hushed them just as soon as they came. He pulled Lex close to him, wrapping his arm around the boy's neck, and let their lips collide again. He let their lips do more than just talking, and hoped that this would properly answer Lexander's offer.

One thing Lexander certainly loved was the affect he had on Jamie. Seeing the older male relax into the kiss, and later had a blush across his cheeks, it just made Lexander happy that this thing wasn't just one-sided. Though Jamie hasn't really said that he liked Lex, he also didn't say the opposite, so Lexander would still keep his hopes up. Maybe a little too high, seeing as Jamie had enjoyed the kiss just as much as Lex did, if not more.
The reaction that he got from Jamie at first scared the younger male. Had he said it the wrong way? Or maybe it wasn't the right time. Lexander let those thoughts go as soon as James wrapped his arms around his neck and reconnected their lips. Lexander couldn't help but grin into the kiss, knowing exactly what this meant. To think that if he had done this whole thing earlier, he could have saved himself a lot of beatings, bruises and certainly a lot of pain. But he didn't regret it one bit; Jamie was definitely worth it all, and more.
Lexander knew what this little kiss would lead to if he didn't break it off, so that's exactly what he did. He pulled away slowly with a wide smile. He did that for one simple reason; he didn't want their first time, Jamie's first time, to be in this place, and he certainly didn't want it to be a spare of the moment decision. As cheesy as it sounded, he wanted it to be special, because well, it was Jamie after all. "You have no idea how long I've waited to do that" Lex said with a slight chuckle before pecking the older male's lips again. He kept their faces just a breath apart, their noses brushing against each other "I really really like you" Lexander muttered softly, his eyes glancing down at Jamie's lips before staring back into his Hazel eyes.

Jamie found his body yearning for more when Lex pulled away, but he held himself back. He knew full well what this could lead to, and didn't think it would be right. He wasn't so sure how willing he'd be to become intimate with a student, or how it embarrassing it would be due to his lack of experience. He wondered if Lexander had gone that far with someone. If so, how many people? The thought of Lex with someone else made a twinge of jealousy resonate in Jamie's stomach, but he suppressed it and pecked Lex's lips one more time in return. "I'm not sure, but I think I may like you too." Jame's admitted, staring back into Lexander's blue eyes with soft affection "I'm not sure how long this will last, but I'd like to enjoy it as long as possible."
James laughed a little by how serious and affectionate they were both being, something slightly uncharacteristic for the both of them. Suddenly a thought clicked in Jame's head, and a mischievous grin spread across the male's face. Gently, Jame's flopped back onto the bed, pulling Lex down with him. "Since you interrupted my nap, I expect you to nap with me so I can make sure you don't do anything without my permission." Jame's said, pecking Lex's lip occasionally as he talked "I guess you could say I want you to sleep with me."

Biting down on his lower lip, Lexander waited for Jamie's answer, or at least his reaction. He was a bit relieved that James didn't freak out, but he also hated the fact that he said he wasn't sure about liking Lex, but he probably did. It didn't really make sense to Lexander. He either liked him, or he didn't. Though he thought that, Lex didn't want to push the older male. He guessed he should just take what he's given so far, seeing as James might still be a bit overwhelmed at how fast things had developed. Hell, even Lex was starting to doubt that he was awake.
He nodded slowly when James said that he would want to enjoy every moment as it lasted. Even though Lex agreed, he hoped that it would last for a long, long time. Lexander furrowed his bros slightly as he saw the male lay on bed, before he was pulled in as well. "But I thought I had your permission to do whatever I want to you, now" Lexander said with a soft smirk. Hearing Jamie's choice of words, Lexander couldn't help but chuckle, but nodded anyway. He knew that James didn't mean it that way. "What's keeping you up all night, anyway?" Lexander asked curiously, his eyes studying the male's features, having not had the pleasure to see his face this close, until now.

James sighed at the mention of his all-nighters. Just the thought of all the work he had to do made him tired. "I've been writing up reports and finishing up paperwork for the man who was the nurse before me." James admitted, running his hand down Lexander's spine. "It's rather exhausting, but I hope to be finished with it tonight." He smiled gently, studying the features of Lexander's face carefully. He'd never bothered to pay attention to Lex's appearance until now, but the older male mentally noted that Lexander's long eyelashes were rather alluring, and the look in his eyes would be enough to drop the most resilient man to his knees. James felt lucky that such a person had chosen him.

"Sounds boring" Lexander muttered as the older male had explained what kept him up all night. Then again, it was expected from someone like James. He always put his job first. Lexander tried remembering the old nurse, at the mention of him. He didn't really recall ever coming to the nurse's office until Jamie was hired. Lexander nodded slowly with a soft hum when James said that he would hopefully finish everything by tonight. Lexander bit his inner cheeks softly, a smile crossing his lips, as he felt Jamie's hand down his spine.
Lexander kept silent for a few moments, his eyes glancing back and fro between James' eyes and his lips. All this time Lex had thought that James was certainly out of his league, for multiple reasons, hence why having him this close felt surreal to the younger male. "What do you think would be a suitable place for a first date?" Breaking the silence with a small grin of excitement at the thought. Lexander doesn't really recall ever being on dates, he would usually jump to other things, but he didn't want to do the same this time. He would much rather take his time with James.
