Past: Hi! I am Tsumetai Gurēsu, Sailor Ice is my alter ego, I'm just a normal girl whose hobbies include eating ice cream and protecting Antarctica. I'm the leader of the Elemental Senshi, we battle the extra-dimensional evil known as Netsu the Solar Daemon . While living an ordinary life on Earth, ok so maybe I’m not that ordinary.
How I ended up on earth-
About 20 years ago our planet Aisu's ice and snow was melted by a Solar Daemon named Netsu. We could no long live there so we fled to Earth trillions of miles away hoping Netsu wouldn't follow us, but some how he found us! Now we live in Antarctica, to try and keep alive but if Netsu finds us we will die. Looking for my group the Elemental Senshi and any other Senshi to help destroy Netsu and restore our planet to the the wintery way it once was.

Why can't there be threads open for Silver Millenium, Present Day, AND Future Tokyo?
Also, just because the Chaos-based villains had fallen doesn't mean there aren't more baddies to go around. I have an idea in that regard...

Toshiro Yuki Why can't there be threads open for Silver Millenium, Present Day, AND Future Tokyo? Also, just because the Chaos-based villains had fallen doesn't mean there aren't more baddies to go around. I have an idea in that regard... I like your idea about the three separate times. ^_^ What is your idea on the villains?

Have a Sailor Senshi or some other person whose homeworld is becoming uninhabitable attack Earth to try and take it over so it can support her world's remaining people. Bonus points if she somehow got tricked by a true baddie attacking her world into thinking that the Sailor Senshi on Earth are responsible for her homeworld's plight, and thinks she's 'liberating' it from the 'cold' control of the 'evil' Silver Crystal. Even more bonus points if the harm to her homeworld is causing her powers to flicker in and out at times or some other side effect to her which the senshi may eventually see and be concerned about -- even in battle. She would likely try to avoid civilian casualties. Give the senshi a challenge of fighting someone misguided who is struggling to survive and protect, rather than evil.
Her homeworld could have been ravaged by Galaxia in the past leading to its current state, or under active assault by someone who blamed Sailor Moon to trick the alien senshi and lure her from her post. THAT enemy they can annihilate.
