I have an OC I'd like to play, but I could also be someone like Tuxedo Mask/Tuxedo Kamen/Endymion. Strangely, Tuxedo's only so much good in a fight...but he has roses and psychometry. Maybe play a villain in addition to them.

After additional thought, I think I will take Mamoru/Tuxedo Kamen.
I also think my OC will be a guy who was alive during the Silver Millennium named Tsurayuki (named for one of Mercury's craters), who was raised to be in the service of Sailor Mercury and may have been a playmate in their youth. He would have been a diplomat the various planets of the solar system and perhaps a scientist in addition to a standard officer. He would have spent some time in the outer solar system on Neptune, as it shares his homeworld's element and is a center at which to coordinate the outer solar system's defensive lines.
I'm thinking he was reincarnated as Toshiro Yuki after falling in defense of the Moon Kingdom during Beryl's attack, and may have events jog his memories of his previous life. His attacks would not be as strong as those of the senshi, as he doesn't draw from any celestial bodies, so they'd likely rely on efficiency and careful application of force as well as skill.

Hello,
I would like to take Queen Serenity's position if she has not already taken. ^_^ and I have been attempted to try and create a sailor uniform for her even back then when she was a senshi before becoming queen for the silver millennium. It's a theory at least. ^^;

Hey guys,
this guild is longer active. The girl who created it was a friend of mine, and she has not logged on in a few months now.
I have a guild called "Iridescence" if any of you were interested in becoming part of a new group. Of course, I need to do a bit of remoddling but I am more than happy to do that for the sake of having a guild full of Moonies to RP with. Of course, Cannons and OC's will both be welcome. ^^
