Magical Powers: Paper manipulation
Bio: Growing up the bowls Kyoto, Mitchi with his American mother he had fought all his life to pursue a better education in justice but settled to the simple life of book keeping after his life had changed forever. Powers were bestowed on him in his early years and he had soon mastered them for the better. Seeing how his knowledge and study of current situations were all he had done to the present, he took it upon himself to quietly teach Magia whom came into his library with question. All they had to do was ask, and you could say he was slightly naive to teach them. Though, most students knew him through his Magia form, few were able to see the correlation and come to know the man to his mortal guise. Taking the day watch over his books, he set out to keep eyes out over night as the city's obscure crime wave had changed from people to monsters. Honestly, this was out of fiction since he couldn't come up with a reasoning to how these monsters were being formed and less to where they were coming from.
