(this is important and REQUIRED. A phobos is a persons #1 fear. In Noctrosa, humans are able to manifest their fear into a type of ability or power. the power has to correspond to the fear. some with a fear of heights would be able to fly or levitate, even have telekinesis. they would NOT be able to do things like throw fire balls or shapeshift. Be creative with it. You are allowed 2 to 3 powers/abilities specific to your characters phobos. YOU ONLY GET ONE PHOBOS. And yes, the character is hindered because of their initial fear of their own powers, so nobody is all of a sudden bad a**, don't even think about it. Note: the minor power is purely optional.)
