 First of all, I'd like to say welcome and I do hope you enjoy your time here!
As with any Roleplay, there are a few basic rules that need to be stressed.
1. This is supposed to be fun. Please don't make anyone uncomfortable or make them feel threatened. It's just a game.
2. Once you have a character, please stick with it. I've lost track of how many times names get changed, or more characters are added. Please let me know if you are making a change.
3. Do not be one of those folks who makes your posts... Ridiculous for lack of a better word. What I mean is do not attach your picture every time, do not pick a font color I can't read. I am unable to read anything light, such as yellow... Your best bet is very much black, blue (dark) or red.
4. While this is private and I have no intentions of reporting anyone for romantic play, if it's going to become graphic, please move it to a private message. This is romance- not smut...
5. Please don't post any personal info in the forums. Your phone numbers and other personal details should be shared privately if at all. I will have a thread for real person to person contact as needed.
6. Try to be active... I understand being here at every moment is impossible, as you all have responsibilities and obligations to attend to, but please try to post at least weekly. I will remove chronically inactive members, if no notice is given. I myself am preparing to graduate college, so I have my own schedule as well. I understand.
7. This is more of an adult themed guild, but anyone is welcome to join. I expect some level of maturity, especially if interacting with an older player.

The Woodland Realm of Asphodela For thousands of years, the forest of Asphodela has stood in an ever changing world. Once home to the long extinct Arahti Mystics, the woods have stood the tests of time, war, famine, and has been a place of solace for the children of the world who have been driven from their ancestral homes.
At the height of the second age, a great plague sparked a war amongst the elven clans, and after 300 years of warring, the clans dispersed, and many, including the Ithilethiel clan found a new home amongst the ancient and wise trees and ruins.
Slowly peace and civility returned to Asphodela, and the clans elected a King to lead the new age. With the war finally over, great citadels were built, manors, villages, all sorts of domestic domiciles, and at last, Asphodela was once again a great realm, safe on the ends of the world, and a haven to those lost.
The forest knew great peace for many years, but as life had become lavish, the King grew greedy. The Ithilethiel clan members had begun to be tyrannical, and were, after great discord, largely driven from the wood, leaving just sparse family members who wished to restore their former glory and peace.
Today Asphodela is greatly In ruins, many places forgotten, but as newcomers arrive, life is brought back to the trees...
A new age is beginning at last.

If you've stuck with it so far, well then, you've made me a very happy lady! In the appropriate introductory thread, please create your profile with the following information. I want the opportunity to get to know each and everyone of you, and all your unique traits, and following this general format will make our lives so much easier! Please feel free to include as much (or as little as you'd like)! - Name (or what you would like to be called) - Age - Gender - Hair Colour - Eye Colour - Height (approximate) - Any markings, tattoos, piercings - Race - Place of Origin - Sexual orientation or preference - Relationship Status - Special abilities (please don't put anything ridiculous like controller of everything or something... Note back up to rules please.) - Brief Bio (tell us a little bit about YOU! Your likes, dislikes, ambitions, background, anything you'd like to cover that hasn't been addressed!) and finally...Please post a picture of yourselves! I'd love to see all your beautiful faces! --Please do not make the pictures so large that the page is skewed to ridiculous proportions... I don't want to have to fix it heart --

... Allow me to take you on a visual tour of the woods we call home...
The Ravine: The Ravine on the eastern border of Asphodela marks the gate. Here, the exchange of all goods and people take place. Ithilethiel Manor:  Once the seat to the entire Ithilethiel clan, the manor in the trees is mostly unoccupied, save for a few servants, advisers, and the Princess, who hopes to one day reestablish the Ithilethiel line. The Marketplace:  Here on the western bank of Asphodela is the market place, and the cultural center. It serves as a place to seek material wealth, entertainment, and perhaps companionship and romance The Old Ruins: Once, long ago, before the advanced settlement of Asphodela, there had been a great order of Priestesses who served the mother goddess. All that remains of their temple is a pile of rubble... It has served the people well as a place of solitude and reflection. The Village:  The village, having been built to reflect the style of the manor, is a safe haven for most of the residents of the forest, who have learned to coexist quite harmoniously in their domiciles. The Meadow: Once there had been an attempt to build a great house at the center of the forest, but the project was abandoned as the elders could not bear the guilt of destroying the hundreds of flowers that had once grown here, including thousands of asphodels for which the forest was named. The Abandoned Path: A seemingly unused abandoned path, the road leads to the meadow in the center of the forest.

It can be a personification of you, or something completely and utterly made up. All of that is entirely up to your discretion, and please do note, if there is something you do not feel comfortable writing, please DON'T! I don't want anyone to feel awkward and for this to get off to a bad start. Neither I, nor anyone else will pressure you into giving details you are not comfortable sharing.
