Hello, in this thread please introduce yourself so we can get to know you better!
My name is Jamie, I'm 22 from Mid-America. I have two jobs. I work in a nursing home and a hospital. I hate two adorable little babies. I'm currently in school to be a nurse. My biggest goal is to get down to pre baby weight and body mass. I attend a 24 hour gym, which works with me since I work nights and 2 am is my usual be awake time. I also try to incorporate my kids into my workouts. (that up in the air game can be exhausting!) My biggest motivators are looking forward to more energy, keeping up my kids, and feeling comfortable in clothes and my own body. My largest problem is that I have a very busy lifestyle, and it's super easy to get off track. I have ADHD or something. I think I can benefit from a guild like this because encouraging others might remind me what I need to do for myself as well.

Hi! I'm Deysim, also American. I'm a high school student, with pretty challenging courses awaiting me next fall. crying I have a busy summer schedule, with volunteer work at hospitals and summer gym classes. I want to be more fit, because I'm pretty unathletic. I also have a goal weight: 130 pounds. I'm comfortable with myself now, but I fear getting any worse. I work out at home mostly, doing workout videos and things. My family has memberships at a fitness center, but my ability to use it depends on everyone else. I'm held back by my overeating and lapses in exercise. I love healthy food, but I also enjoy unhealthy food. sweatdrop
I like researching things and finding information, so I can try and help in that way! 3nodding I hope encouraging eachother in this guild will help us get into that "focused improvement" mode!

Hello! I'm Jayna and I'm also a student and American. I'm homeschooled though. But if I were in public school I would be a sophmore I think. Last year I got really sick and I gained a bunch of weight and now I'm much better and trying to become healthy again. My biggest goals is to lose weight and get more energy. I workout at home, I use workout videos and I like to dance a lot, which is great cardio ((not too good at burning fat though)) I also really, really love food, especially unhealthy food and sugary drinks. Which is probably my biggest setbacks.

Hey everyone! My name's Rebecca. I'm 17, and graduating high school in June. In September I will be attending university for social work, which I am incredibly excited for! My goal is to get generally healthier and lose all of this weight. I want to be around 140lbs. Which is about 100lbs for me to lose. I've never been incredibly athletic, mostly because I've always been heavier and activity is tiring, plus I'm generally uncoordinated. Recently, I went to a gym for the first time with a friend and fell in love with it, so I'm hopefully going to be getting a membership there this weekend. My biggest motivation is really just going to university, I don't want to be known as just that awkward fat girl anymore. I mean, I'm pretty confident as it is, but if I can get it from my exterior as well as my interior, I'd be okaywith that. My number one issue is that I live a busy life with high school dwindling, and I LOVE food. Food is amazing. and although I love to eat healthier things, no one else in my household does, so it's easy to just reach for that bag of chips instead of that cup of yogurt. I'm really looking forward to using this guild and talking to all of you because encouragement is one thing that I know I can benefit from, plus encouraging others, motivates me to want to do better.

Hey! I'm Eliza. I'm a junior in high school, and I'm also in America. I've been recovering from binge-purge disorder for 2ish years now, and even though my eating habits are more normal, it's still hard for me to exercise. I'm always terrified of my electrolyte and fluid levels being off, so I keep an eye on that (probably too much). Anyways, my goal is to get strong again! My eating disorder took a lot of muscle mass and what I gained back was mostly fat. I'm okay with my weight, I'm just looking forward to being more able. You all seem really great smile I'll update you when I can.
