El Diablo Loco nodded in response, then said, "Alright sounds good." Diablo couldn't recall if they had been out that way before. Probably not, but even so he was hoping to see something new. Diablo didn't know too much about Ni, then again nobody else knew too much of the place. And people who used to live there wouldn't speak of it.
As for Bloodstone, Diablo had been there several times and he didn't mind it too much. The only people he knew if Bloodstone were hookers, and that was it. Other than that, his connections didn't extend that far. He was happy that they were at least stopping somewhere, because Diablo was now getting a bit hungry, and he didn't pack any food with him. Assuming this current ship had a mess hall, Diablo looked about and asked, "Is anyone else getting hungry?"

Tora just wondered to the side of the railing of the ship slightly limping but better than before, she nodded in agreement to wherever they were heading, Tora heard of the place but never really cared to visit. Whistling a small tune sounding a bit like a bird, her little companion Will flew up and landed on her head. Turning back around quickly when she heard the mention of food her eyes lit up "I'm starvin', I haven't ate for days" saying while she practically drooled over the thought. Tora before she was dumped by her old ship, they kept her in the ceils with no food or water for days, till they threw her out on the nearest island.

Cylsa abandoned the search through her pouch when Scott located a medical kit on the deck much faster than anything could be found in Cylsa's bag. She perched herself on the railing of the ship to watch the captain stitch up Tora's leg. "Won't a larger ship require a larger crew?" she inquired when their plans were revealed, "In honor of complete honesty between temporary crewmates, I'm not exactly a sailor." She managed to pull off the tasks asked of her during their getaway, but if anything more complicated than pulling ropes was required of her she'd have to wing it. The opinion that this boat already seemed larger than necessarily for four people was one she kept to herself.
At the mention of food, she began rummaging in her satchel once again. "Think fast!" She quipped as she tossed an apple to each of her companions. Not including those three, she had two more apples from the cart earlier that day, as well as a couple of pears, a small loaf of bread, a quarter of a cheese wheel, and some salted meats. It was a wonder how much stuff could fit inside an enchanted satchel, and Cylsa made a mental note to steal something extra shiny for her mage friend. "I have enough food to survive off of for a few days on me now, but I wouldn't be opposed to an investigation of the galley."
The rest of the ship warranted exploring, as well. It was in all likelyhood a vessel of the imperial navy, and probably had some choice goodies hidden about.

El Diablo Loco caught the apple and happily bit into it, his 'Thank you' wasn't all that audible due to the fact that his mouth was full.
With his mouth still full, he said to Cylsa "We can go look around," Pulling out one of his pistols and biting into the apple again, Diablo motioned for her to follow, "While we are at it we should find more loot too. We are going to need money. A lot of money- But, uh, Food first."
Diablo looked to Tora and asked "Want to come, too?"

Tora caught the apple that was thrown to her then leaned on the railing taken a generous bite out of it with her bird sitting on her head Tora took a small piece of apple and gave it to her bird which practically snatched it out of her fingers "Hey watch it or you won't get anything" she said speaking to her bird which chirped back at her. Tora looked to Diablo and took another bite before answering swallowing she shrugged "Sure why not" saying as she finished off her apple placing the core on the railing for her bird which happily pecked at it.

Cylsa hopped off the railing to trail after Diablo, casually resting her hand on the hilt of the sword at her hip as he drew a gun. She doubted the weapon was meant to intimidate her or Tora, but most men who knew how to use a weapon wouldn't draw it unless they intended to use it. There was little possibility of soldiers being below deck, they definitely would have come up when the ships started sailing, but one couldn't rule out stowaways.
"Why will we need a lot of money?" She asked Diablo as she fell in-step with him. Money and material objects were most likely everyone's ultimate goal, but it sounded like Diablo intended to gather 'a lot of money' to spend on something- which sounded like madness. "What could you possibly buy that we couldn't just steal? Or am I very misguided about how pirates operate?"

She pushed open a door when they reached it, only to be met with a ladder leading down. She didn't know what else she could have expected, the door clearly lead into what looked like a huge wooden box on deck. She eyed the ladder critically, before motioning to it with a gracious "After you."
The darkness wasn't a problem- she could probably see better than both him and Tora- but Diablo had been down here before, and Cylsa had a healthy aversion to being the first in a group to climb down a ladder. She'd make up for it later, if there were any mysterious doors to be opened or corners to be turned, she would offer to lead with her bow drawn. However any activities that required one or both of her hands to be occupied would have to be headed by someone else.

El Diablo Loco climbed down the ladder, and once he made it down he looked around- keeping his gun drawn.
Knowing these "Imperialistic bastards", as he called them, there's always an annoying surprise somewhere. Diablo looked around to make sure there wasn't a surprise waiting for them, he called up the ladder to Cylsa and Tora, "It is clear down here."
Diablo pulled from his boot a small flask of rum, then he pulled out a handkerchief. On the wall he saw something to wrap the handkerchief around, so he grabbed it and wrapped the handkerchief around the top of it. Diablo drenched the handkerchief in rum, then pulled out something to light the handkerchief on fire with. Once it was lit, he waited for the girls to come down, but while he was waiting he looked around a bit and found that there torches on the wall, so he lit up the first few that he saw while he was waiting.

Tora walked over waiting for what she guessed was him checking the lower part out before they went down, When Tora heard him call them from below she nodded out of habit and got on the ladder sliding down it instead of climbing since well climbing was a lot of effort that she didn't have. Tora landed on her feet somewhat gracefully since her leg was still kind of hurting, she readjusted her sword on her hip just so it wouldn't fall off while she walked about. Looking around out of instinct before she walked she spotted some barrels in the corner and went to check them out. When Tora got close to one she pulled it open like it was nothing to look and found one full of alcohol she grinned "Oh, thank god there is booze on the ship" she said out loud without thinking. Tora wasn't a huge drinker but if there was some around she would drink to her hearts content luckily she doesn't get drunk easily.

Cylsa followed Tora's lead and climbed down the first couple rungs of the ladder, but allowed herself to drop the rest of the way. She made a face at all the torches lining the walls in turn, settling on the one in Diablo's hand with a raised eyebrow, "Are the wall torches really necessary? I hear wood is flammable, and I've never had any desire to be trapped in a ball of fire hurtling hundreds of feet out of the air." She gave a quick glance around the room- barrels and crates mostly, Tora helpfully identifying at least one to be full of flammable liquids. "But that's just my opinion." She added with a sincere smile and wandered over to Tora to assist in barrel exploration.

She pried open the barrel next to the booze-filled one, and found more of the same kind of ale piled to the brim. A third barrel contained the same and Cylsa narrowed her eyes at it as if it had personally offended her, "Booze is nice, but If this is all that's down here, I am going to be very unhappy." she declared to no one in particular. "Doesn't even have the decency to be a high-quality brand" she mumbled as she targeted a nearby crate next, deciding to leave the barrels for someone else, lest they all be filled with crappy ale. She pried open the crate with one of her daggers and made a sound of consideration at the piles of folded cloth inside. She slid the dagger back into it's sheath and gingerly lifted the top bit of fabric out of it's home. She allowed gravity to unfold it, revealing an intricately woven blanket boasting a colorful map of Ciel. An odd choice, in Cylsa's opinion, but she threw the blanket over her shoulder anyway and pulled out the next piece. Another blanket, this time displaying a woodland scene from what appeared to be Valentino- judging by the foliage and wildlife depicted. That one was slung over her shoulder as well as she began digging through the crate. She counted six blankets in total, all laying on top of a small note and a gold necklace with a circular golden pendant encrusted with emeralds. She immediately pocketed the necklace and pulled the note from the bottom to read it. "There's a bunch of blankets over here." She called to her compatriots, "They're supposed to be going to some noble, but I know I'd rather sleep on these than whatever the sailors left behind on their bunks." She tossed the note and both blankets back into the box and moved onto the next container, her spirits lifted and the overabundance of ale gone from her mind.

El Diablo Loco seemed to perk up at the sound of there being barrels of alcohol around. Diablo was a recreational drinker, so this made him happy. But at Cylsa's observation he stopped lighting the wall torches, and started looking for a lantern so that they'd at least have some kind of light for the rest of the way.
Cylsa went to explore the other side, where he heard her mention there being blankets. Diablo smiled, but then the smile quickly went away when she said that these were going to a noble, his heart dropped to his feet and there was now fear replaced where his heart was. He quickly walked over to where Cylsa was, he securely set the torch up on a perch that wasn't being occupied by an already lit torch, and began to rapidly open crates. As he tore open boxes, his shoulders sank, "Oh ********. ." He let out, ". . . . It is no wonder this ship had so many guards on it before. . ." To no one in particular, Diablo said "(Sigh). . . We are on a Transport ship."
This was bad. This was very bad. It's bad enough that Scott and himself were now wanted criminals, but they're now aboard a vessels with stolen items belonging to nobility- which one, it didn't matter. Diablo angered a lot of nobles. It could be anyone. And this terrified him, because the last noble he angered killed countless people just to find Diablo. This wasn't good. This also meant that there will be more guards hidden aboard- items this valuable are always protected. Spies could be aboard, as well. Diablo was now more fearful than ever.
Diablo looked over at Cylsa and he said to both her and Tora, "We need to scour this ship for enemies. And fast. We are now in more trouble than we were before."

Cylsa was digging through another fabric-filled crate, this one stuffed with fancy coats and long dresses that she shoved aside in the hopes that more jewels would be at the bottom, when Diablo rushed over and began tearing open containers like a madman. The box of clothes yielded no hidden gems so Cylsa replaced the lid and took a seat on top of it to watch the man's furious descent.
The revelation that this was a transport ship wasn't a huge one, there were clearly boxes of cargo that were not meant for crew use, but the fact seemed to spook the pirate as he decided they had to do a sweep for enemies. "We already stole a ship. How much more trouble could we be in?" She asked flatly, making no move to rise from her seat, but reaching over to pull a smaller box into her lap and inspect it's contents as she spoke.
"We haven't exactly been quiet about this whole commandeering. If there were men aboard, don't you think they'd have heard us? Or I'd have heard them?" She paused and gave a quizzical look to the children's toys that were in the box on her lap, taking a moment to strain her ears and actually try to detect something.
There were steps from above deck, only one set, so she assumed it was Scott, but the only other noises were the breathing of her two other companions. She shrugged and began rifling through the toys, picking out a fancy girlish plush doll, as well as a finely crafted wooden soldier. The soldier would have to be repainted before it was allowed into her home, but the workmanship was too exquisite to pass up. She slipped the doll into her satchel, but held the soldier up to the light to inspect it in more detail, "Why do you suddenly think there are others aboard? Almost all ships are used for transporting goods. I figure a pirate would be aware of that. Weren't you already down here, anyway? Where do you think they're hiding?" She realized she was asking several times more questions than were helpful, but Diablo was clearly frightened by these hypothetical adversaries, and if she was going to play along she had to understand his reasoning.

El Diablo Loco looked over at Cylsa, with worry and fear still in his eyes but his voice trying to remain calm. "Pirates raid the Empire's ships, and because this was a big problem the Empire started to make their ships all very similarly on the outside. The inside would be made differently and only the soldiers would be told what kind of ship it was, because they are briefed before being stationed," Diablo closed one of the crates and then he said, "The transport ships are said to have hidden compartments somewhere, and soldiers would hide in these compartments during a ship-take over and wait for the right moment to strike- They will catch you off guard. I am worried because as we move along, they will find a way to report our movements." Diablo made sure his pistols were loaded, and then he said, "Our only advantage here is: I know where the armory is. . but so do the soldiers hidden here, if they are hidden here. So before they discover that we know they are here, we should scour the ship for them."

The wardrobe felt damp and smelled of moth balls, and the lacy garments her cat Octavius kept pawing at released dust into the musty air with every swat. Britesa had fled onto the ship when she saw the soldiers flee off of it. She took her time picking around the cargo until she heard more people boarding the ship and she ducked into this wardrobe to avoid being dragged back home.
She considered vacating her hiding place when she heard the ship take off, but the voices coming from outside were clearly not soldiers. She could pick out three distinct voices coming from the hold, and at least one more heard from above deck.
Octavius swatted at another hanging dress, releasing another cloud of dust into the confined space. Britesa covered her face with her hands to stifle the sneeze elicited by the allergens. Then immediately grabbed her cat and held him to her chest to prevent any further possible giveaways to their location, and began trying to come up with a plan. Even if the pirates- or whoever they are- didn't find her, she couldn't stay in this cabinet the whole journey. Perhaps she'd wait until they were asleep to sneak a meal and stretch her legs, there didn't seem to be many of them. Or maybe she could try and join them, but she'd save that for Plan B, if (or when) they found her.
