In olden times, we had people stick their personal original character profiles in there along with threads for character sheets from specific role plays. How should we handle this?
I'm 100% positive that the role play profile threads are most likely outdated since there are next to no active threads in the guild anymore save for the YMHS subforum, 1x1s, and like one RP still active in the Creature subforum. Most if not all of the role play profile threads could be deleted in my opinion.
As for personal profiles people posted for their original characters, our numbers have been drastically reduced, so I wouldn't be surprised if half of those people were not even in the guild still. If they are no longer part of the guild, there's no reason to keep their profiles, right?
My proposal
If you're fine with me deleting old stuff, we first have to separate old from current. IF you have a profile thread OF ANY KIND in [that subforum], change the title of your thread to 'My profiles'. To do this, click the 'edit' button above the first post of your thread. That will spare your thread from deletion. You can change the title to whatever after the cleanup.
If anyone has a better idea, post it below, otherwise, you have a week or two to change the title of your thread before deletion happens.

shouldn't this be a guild announcement???
we still want to have a profile sub, will make things easy to organize moving forward with new RPs.
some clean up should be ok.....(not sure we have "better" ideas...)
