To be a forum manager you must play frequently on that server, have a total lv over 1,000, and be kind to others in your forum.
Please not that I will randomly check the forums to monitor the forum managers if any reports about them come in.
The managers will preferably be willing to help people in the game as well as in forums whenever possible, but this is not a necessity.
