I have a question about Council membership as I can't find information about this anywhere, does the membership tend to be hereditary? Or is there a process? Would certain families tend to hold a seat in in a system that isn't necessarily hereditary anyways?
I would assume genetics have something to do with it considering theres a royal family, but like I said I can't seem to find anything about this elsewhere.

It's technically through an election process, though, more renowned families tend to maintain seats throughout the generations. And all council members are B class except for the Senior Councilor.
