patcher2girl ooo! I must confess that I've never tried it. My family has a running gag that I personally fund Amazon as a business. If there is a thing that I can purchase from Amazon, I prefer to purchase it from Amazon. I can read reviews, compare products, and have items delivered to my door so I never have to leave my house. Given the amount of stuff I buy from Amazon every year, Prime makes total sense. Free two-day delivery on all Prime items is a no-brainer, and then free video streaming is just icing on the cake. (I can stream Star Trek episodes for free. And lots of other shows and movies.) Oh yeah, and now they have a free music streaming service too. I don't think the music service is as good as AOL Radio, to which I also subscribe, but Amazon Music has at least one station I like: Liquid Mind is great bedtime music. I even sometimes buy groceries from Prime Pantry, if I can get enough stuff together to fill a box. (It has to be a lot of stuff, so I don't do it often.)

If I buy online, it's usually eBay. I like free shipping, but I can see the advantage of dealing with a company instead of Bobby Joe out of a garage. 3nodding

I've recently bought several Magic: The Gathering Star City Games game-night pins from eBay. (My husband and I have won some, but our game shop didn't start doing Star City game night until recently, so we had to go purchase the back-log). I also use eBay to sell stuff from time to time, so it definitely has its uses. I just try to stick to sellers who have a high feedback rating.. there can be some shady people out there!

Yes, I like people with 98% or higher or else I message them first and see what kind of response time they will give me.
