1: Give me a chance to go over the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and ask me again. I will have an answer for you.
2. Marriage is marriage. No one holds a monopoly on it. However, I would allow for religious institutions to refuse to perform a ceremony, as that is their right. But there are plenty of churches that don't care, so I'm sure there'd be one if it absolutely
had to be in a church.
3a. I do not have to power to legalize it. That is Congress. However, I would advocate for it, and request that Congress legalize it.
3b. Treat it like a mixture of cigarettes and alcohol. If a sign says no smoking, that includes marijuana. You must be eighteen. You cannot drive while high. Again, this is not in my power, but i can advocate for it. Also, this list is not all inclusive.
4. Yes and yes. My personal feelings are irrelevant in running a country. No one should have their right to choose taken away from them because someone else doesn't like the choice.
5. Could you please rephrase the question?
6. They already do, believe it or not. People are unaware of this, due to the complexity of the Tax Code. My Secretary of the Treasury will be responsible for re-writing it, so that your average high school student could understand it. But, once this task is finished, if people believe it is still unfair, i will assign SecTreas to see what can be done about it. Taxation is a precarious balancing act, so I can't make many promises here, other than I will try.
7. I will leave it up to dining and recreational establishments to determine that. However, other places will have an indoor ban, such as supermarkets, libraries, etc. Places that are actually vital to the community and cannot be easily avoided.
8. I support the death penalty in cases where the evidence is 100%, set in stone. That way, the execution could be done swiftly, severely lightening the burden on the American Taxpayer.
9. That is a personal question, and I do not believe it to be pertinent to government. However, I do donate to a few charities that will remain unnamed, as i do not wish to imply that I am endorsing them.
10. Immigration is one part of the government I have little understanding of. Upon being elected, should the people deem me worthy, i will sit down and see what the options are. But know this: Immigration built this great country of ours. As such, we should always be willing to except new arrivals, under circumstances.
