Lately i have seen people posting and joining in the guild, and i'm thinking that the guild might have a chance to back to what it was before.
I also seen that i am the only Vice Captain that has posted within 1 year, and the captain hasn't posted within 1 year. since i am Vice Captain i can promote the members to crews. so if we can join together to make it what it was again then i would be very great. i said ''we'' because i can't do it myself wink

the captain has not posted up in a year? or the captain has not logged in for the past year? and i dont see why the guild cant come back to life
also can you make yourself captain? if so the guild would have a better chance to come back since your the only main person to be active in the vice / captain range

its good your gonna bring it back LSF never should have become inactive to start with
however there is lots of things that need to be done, like for now daily announcements to remember to keep people active in here
and a possibility of a guild chat room
and some rewards for staying active like gold or prizes or promotions
its tough to bring it back to life but with a little hard work it can be done

official ssc clan has a link to your guild so i clicked it and it was auto accept so thats how i found and joined your guild
