 [✿] Cαввαɢe Woodѕ_━━＂Eĸαтerιɴα＂ .. 1ѕт Yeαr .. xxx→→x Cabbage didn't fully register what had happened until Rowan grabbed at his sleeve, and his eyes caught on the terrified expression of the other boy. He looked at Rowan, and then at the rift in the ground that was neatly underneath his feet. From the way Rowan was reacting, that was apparently really bad.
Noting that the other was scared, Cabbage gently pried Rowan's hand off of his sleeve and instead joined their hands together. The people around him were priority to Cabbage, not going out and committing wild acts of justice. He nodded at Rowan before starting to pull the other in the direction where he remembered Whit and Potato going. For good measure, he shouted: "Whit! Potato!"
Where was Kesi, and Egg? Would the others have found eachother? Cabbage hoped so.

Elvira grinned despite everything that was happening, Asha's embarrassment doing well to stifle their own. Their grip on Asha's cheek loosened, but their hand lingered. "Don't be a loser about it A--"
The loud bang of a gunshot scattered Elvira's thoughts, and their hand flew away from Asha. They glanced around, eyes falling on Bambi tackling Michael. "Uh, Amanda, Fin, isn't that your housema--what the <********>, is there suddenly an earthquake going on now?!"

Icarus was ready to agree to Ian's suggestion when, predictability, things went to utter s**t. There was a yell for help, and he was momentarily distracted, but then the world started breaking apart. As soon as the ground started to shake his arms flew for Yvonne, one hand on either of her shoulders to stop her from falling. His eyes flew to the source of the tremors and his expression went grim.
"...Thane. Come on, you're with me. Yvonne, I'm picking you up." With no further delay, Icarus swept up Yvonne in his arms and started for the bigger groups of students. Let's see, there was...End, Muna, Amanda, Ziza and Ty...Shanta seemed to be dealing with End and Muna, and Ziza seemed to be doing something in her own little corner. His eyes landed on Amanda, and he started for the cluster of students.
"Hey. Amanda." Icarus said, approaching the group. "Come on. We need to get you the hell out of here."

Lᴏʀᴇɴ Mᴏʀᴇᴛᴛɪ"Don't flatter me," Loren said. They could hear their opponent beginning to circle them with the same pace as their tone. Quiet, even, measured. "I simply do as I'm told."
They moved in the opposite direction of Tyme, tense, waiting for them to make a move. The hush of their feet against the ground was the smallest of noises among a chorus of sounds. Loren could practically feel the blood pact member sizing them up.
"A backhanded compliment. You're a sarcastic one, aren't you? I will honest with you, the screams of your friend attest very poorly to your assurances of victory. That could have been you."

Ty reclined his head against the ground and prayed for Bambi's safety. His head was starting to feel groggy, stuffed full of cotton.
"Whatever you're doing with that blood is a bad ******** idea," he murmured from the ground. "I'm so damn tired."

"Real original," Potato snarked, already shuffling their way across the shifting ground. "Wonder what'n th'hell gave y'that idea."
They called for their friends and threw up a hand when they spotted them. Cabbage and Rowan looked relatively unharmed. That was good. Gisa was angry as s**t. That was not good.

"Okay," Yvonne said, blinking out of her hazy stupor. "Did we win yet?"
She looked around, grateful for Icarus's support. The unsteadiness of the ground caught her offguard, and the source wasn't that far. Seeing Gisa raging and Leah writhing on the ground was enough of an answer to her question. "Oh. I guess not."
