I will not put a skeleton for this. Just make sure that it is tidy, and easy to read. If it is messy, then I will ask you to redo your formatting. Generally, you will want the name of the clan in big, bold letters at the top. Then, some sort of picture to demonstrate it. Below this, you'll probably want some sort of clan history, followed by a description of rules for it. Under that, you might want to put clan jutsu and such. Make sure that if your clan has benefits, they will have weaknesses. Uchiha have amazing ocular abilities, but over using their eyes will make them go blind. Something like that. I don't want to catch anyone trying to min max.
