Background before Joining the Military: She was born and raised by a beach, with her family owning an inn by it. As a kid, she loved swimming in the ocean, growing her dreams to live in it. One night, when she went out to the ocean, the tides grew strong, sucking her away from land. It was there she though she would drown, but as she worried, she realized she could still breath. She tried moving, noticing that she felt like she was drifting in space, also seeing she had a fish tail and fins behind her ears. Over the night, she washed up onto a shore of a Witch training grounds, noticing that they had animal tails and ears, just like her. She knew that she was to join the Strike Witches.

Background after Joining the Military: She was grouped into the same squadron as Sora and a girl named Shana for a couple of years, where they grew on each other like brother and sisters. She was then transferred into the Fuso's Navy Force, mostly for her ability create a bubble shield to allow her to go under water with the Striker, without it getting damaged. After hearing of the attack of the Fuso Air Force, she fell under a depression with the reality of loosing Sora and Shana. She dedicated her work into creating a Submarine Type Striker for other Witches to use for underwater combat, hoping to avoid loses for other Witches. Recently receiving information of Sora disappearing, she knew that she had to take the mission of finding him, to bring back her lost brother who was thought to be dead.

She was sort of mentioned before back when Sora and Maddie found those magazines, being a friends of Sora and his Sensai. With Sora being gone, and with the guild dying out, I figured a way to try to liven up the guild again was to have someone take his place (someone that would make sense), and have her announce her transfer to the base.

When I was putting in her personality and placing her image, I noticed she looked like her as well, only she was more on having fun. So I thought it'ld be funny to push out an opposite of Celece even more by making her childish and a little perverted. Also noticing that Celece doesn't interact much with the other witches, most just watching after them, so having an opposite of her could make her interact more with her teammates, only she probably won't enjoy...
