¤ Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu as always been his primary ability ever since he was a child starting the ninja academy the first jutsu he had learn was ninjusu when growing up he fights his enemies using physical ninjutsus against them.
¤ Genjutsu: Genjutsu would be his secondary since he doesn't use it very much he only has two moves that are considered genjutsu "Blinding Light" Which is one of the bloodline genjutsu that he learn from his parents. "Lightning Illusion Flash of Pillar" which is a lightning release genjutsu he learn that during the academy Rikyu almost never use genjutsu unless it's really necessary to use in case he has to escape from an enemy. He would also combine ninjutsu and genjutsu into combination in battle.

The vortex will take the head of a dragon and cover the area in front of it and strike out against opponents and painfully trap them in the vortex. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

A more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven-like structure to trap the enemy. Once the enemy is trapped in the oven-like box, lightning would shoot out towards them. It is used after Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop to cover the enemy in mud and then followed by Fire Release: Fired Pottery Technique, creating flames inside the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Using the body as a heat source, the user molds chakra to amplify it and make it entirely visible. Then the user expands it, using more chakra, and takes on a red, spherical shape. This shield is used as a defense against both ninjutsus and taijutsus. It isn’t very powerful, though, and can only parry at most one technique before deactivating. A drawback to this jutsu, though, is based on the body’s temperature. If the user performs this technique late in a fight they risk fainting due to both a drastic change in body temperature and already stressed body levels.

History: Rikyu was born in the hidden leaf village when he was a kid he didn't have a lot of force power to do his assignment at the academy. But Rikyu did had one thing and it was speed he used it as in advantage he had incredible speed and that helped him graduated the ninja academy. Later when he got older he went on being a genin for a the rest of his childhood until the chunin exams came and he aced it afterwords he got assigned harder missions that were difficult but he overcame it. Years past by fast when he was 19 years old that's when he became a Jounin he soon learn new jutsus light was his primary element and secondary was lightning. On one mission Rikyu had to find a killer that was running around the village causing trouble then when he found him he ended up killing him everyone saw him and Rikyu said to them that we can't just let him go. They wanted to keep Rikyu somewhere to question him but refused and ran off then found a group known as the akatsuki.
Personality: Rikyu Akio doesn't usually like people that annoy him he tries to avoid it or find a way to deal with it since he was shun from his village he enjoys causing trouble. He doesn't talk that much usually a quiet person among people he thinks being quiet makes his enemies annoyed when he ignores them then leaving them open.
