Personality: Kaito used to be a generous person, but after the events of his early childhood, he began to not really care about anything. He lives a care-free lifestyle, where he does things to torment the people who made him feel what he felt. He is caring for his comrades and for most of the Akatsuki. His loyal to the Akatsuki, but he is also arrogant and often feels that he is better than a lot of them. To other people, he is cold and bitter, and has 0 tolerance for.

Strengths: Being the perfect snake sage, Kaito used the snake-like abilities to gain the advantage in combat, and even his clan abilities, which enhance his snake-abilities.

Weapon Range: The Sword can change it's form an extend to incredible lengths. As shown in the battle between Orochimaru and Naruto Uzumaki.
Special Abilities: The sword can change form and levitate upon Kaito's command, this sword can almost cut through anything.
Weapon Location: The sword is located inside the throat of any one of Kaito's snakes, the snake comes out of Kaito's throat and releases the sword, giving it to him.

- Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Jutsu):
Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.


- Sen'ei Tajashu (Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands):
By increasing the amount of snakes summoned with the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, the diversity of this ninjutsu is increased. The swarm of big snakes appear in an instant, each snake individually doing something like intimidating, diverting, or capturing the enemy in a cooperative attack. Without giving them the time to react, the enemy is entangled.


- Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Jutsu):
Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.


- Jagei Jubaku (Binding Snake Glare Spell):
The user summons one or two big snakes which crawl out from one's sleeves, and coil around the enemy capturing them. This is a great technique for capturing someone alive, or for inflicting damage by constriction, and if the situation calls for it, the snakes can bite the victim with their poison fangs. With the summons specified beforehand, the procedure can be shortened by using blood on a summoning "contract seal" (結印, ketsuin), making it possible to use the technique immediately. The further addition of the user's killing intent can weaken their target's resolve.


- Yamata no Jutsu (Eight Branches Technique):
Using the "power of reincarnation" possessed by the White Snake as an intermediary, he can transform into a giant white serpent with eight heads and eight tails. The serpent boasts a giant body, even larger than that of Manda, who was feared as the "strongest colossal serpent". Just by crawling on the scales of its abdomen it was able to trample the Uchiha hideout, and could destroy most things without difficulty. This technique transcends the "Snake", and becomes like a "Dragon God".


- Mandara no Jin (Formation of Ten Thousand Snakes):
With this technique, a countless number of summoned snakes crawl out of Kaito's mouth and hunt down the enemy. With such overwhelming numbers, a true "wall of snakes" is formed, making defence and evasion meaningless. The enemy can do nothing but become buried by the snakes. The snakes can bite the enemy with their poison fangs and open their mouths to extend Kusanagi-like blades, making them even more deadly. Furthermore, when the inexhaustibly crawling snakes gather together, they become a defensive wall, and can block any kind of attack.


-Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei (Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation):
To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to reincarnate. Kabuto remarks that this basically amounts to grave-robbing, although blood stains or organs salvaged after the target's death also work. The soul of the intended reincarnated must also reside in the pure world (浄土, jōdo); those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, for example, cannot be reincarnated.
Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the reincarnated to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the reincarnated had at the time of their death. The process is apparently somewhat painful as seen when Fū was used to reincarnate Torune. The person is then reincarnated and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user. The user can theoretically reincarnate a limitless number of people in this way, so long as they have enough sacrifices, chakra and DNA to perform the technique.


Wind


-Fūton: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough):
This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.


-Fūton: Atsugai (Wind Release: Pressure Damage):
A powerful wind technique which is released by Kakuzu's wind-element mask. A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet.If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings.


-Fūton: Shinkūha (Wind Release: Vacuum Wave):
The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.


-Fūton: Shinkūgyoku (Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere):
The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.


-Fūton: Jūha Shō (Wind Release: Beast Wave Palm):
A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material. Sora activates it by summoning chakra in his right hand, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave which appears to be controlled by Sora's will and thoughts. He is also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion. This technique became stronger when Sora was in the influence of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's chakra and instead of the usual blue colour, it was red.


Earth


-Doton: Sando no Jutsu (Earth Release: Sandwich Technique):
The user creates two enormous rock formations that close in on the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous force, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size, and each one has the symbol of Iwagakure inscribed upon it. Kitsuchi stated that this was his strongest technique, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty.


-Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique):
This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground surface.Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention. As such it is a great strategy for a guerilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as assassination.


-Yomi Numa: (Earth Release: Swamp of The Underworld):
By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures


-Doton: Doryūsō (Earth Release: Rising Stone Spears):
This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.


Bloodline


-Atomic Structurization Technique:
The user is capable of manipulating the atoms in his/her body, making him able to travel without threats and "teleport" This could also be used to evade attacks.


-Gaping Body Hole Technique:
The user is able to create a gap in their body. This is used to dodge attacks. This technique cannot displace a body part from the user's body, only create holes.


-Body Harden Technique:
The user is able to harden their body, shielding themselves from attacks. Their body becomes black and becomes as hard as steel, this can be countered however. This technique does not harden the whole body, only areas that come in contact with anything. So if an opponent attacks the user with a barrage of attacks, the technique would not be able to keep up and the 1/2 of the time the opponent's hit would land, but also damage the opponent, for performing a barrage of attacks on practically steel. They also have to be attacks in different areas, because if they are in the same area the technique can easily cover the spots that are so close together.


-Body Elongation Technique:
The user can elongate any part of their body, for offensive or evasive measures. This a rather simple technique that does not require much skill.

-Body Displacement Technique:
The user is able to alter their bone and muscle formation in their body, causing them to be able to slip out of handcuffs with ease, or get through thin spaces. This is a very commonly used jutsu among the Gensou, and it allows the user to easily appear to be dead.


Genjutsu


-Kokuangyo no jutsu (Bringer-of-darkness technique):
This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses.


-Nehan Shoja no Jutsu (Temple of Nirvana Technique)
A powerful genjutsu that generates a fluttering rain of sleep-inducing, illusory white feathers. Whomever sees them as they fall, piling up and covering the whole target area will experience Eden-like bliss and fall into a state of tranquil slumber. No matter how much one resists the hypnotic spell, the desire to sleep is instinctive, and there's no fighting it. However, an experienced shinobi will be able to dispel the genjutsu before it takes effect.

Common Snakes


The snakes vary greatly in size, body mass and species, from small enough to hide in one's sleeves to larger than buildings, and thin enough to be used to tie someone's hands to strong enough to choke a colossal animal like the Island Turtle. Although common snakes cannot speak human language like toads, some of their summoners could communicate with them. They are able to detect live beings by their heat and smell in order to track and lead their summoners to their prey.


Kaito frequently summons snakes in battle, either having them attack for him or instructing them to carry out other tasks. While most snakes are very obedient and do as they are instructed, the largest snake, Manda, demanded a sacrifice of a hundred humans in exchange for helping Kaito.

Snakes have also mastered the use of natural energy to enter a Sage Mode of their own. The only known way to learn it is in the Ryūchi Cave with the White Snake Sage.

Known Snakes

Three Giant Snakes: This three headed snake was used in the destruction of Konoha lead by Orochimaru. These snakes are now loyal to Kaito, the only one able to use perfect sage mode on earth at the moment. These snakes are very intelligent and very powerful. They are capable of speaking in any tongue, and have other means of communicate with their master.

Manda: Manda was very powerful, and able to stand his own against Gamabunta and Katsuyu, having almost killed them both before being disabled. He was extremely fast, as he was quickly able to dodge and disable Katsuyu. It is also obvious that he was well-known, as Gamakichi was afraid of him just because of his gaze. He was also able to shed his skin in a manner similar to the Body Replacement Technique or Body Shedding, which was seen during the battle with Gamabunta and Katsuyu, and to move underground. His body was sturdy enough to withstand Deidara's ultimate attack, and remain intact, while providing a relatively safe shelter for anyone to hide inside his mouth. Overall, Manda was feared as the "strongest colossal serpent" (最強の蟒蛇, Saikyō no Uwahebi).


Aquatius: Kaito's unique summon, is Aquatius, the water snake. Aquatius resembles the size and width of Manda, but slightly smaller. Aquatius is one of Kaito's most intelligent summons, and is incredibly strong. Aquatius himself is able to exhale large amounts of water.


Zeus: Zeus, like Aquatius is an extremely powerful snake, and his intelligence almost equalizes with Aquatius. Although not being as wise, Zeus is more powerful. His power even surpasses the great Manda. He is rarely summoned because Zeus is the only snake that Kaito cannot entirely control. He is pure evil, and his killer instinct his unpredictable. Zeus is almost a last resort summoning-wise. He is able to exhale large gusts of wind, capable of creating tornadoes, and other devastating attacks.

Common Snakes

Kaito is able to summon various other snakes, that vary in size and strength, none of which are as powerful as his known snakes. These snakes are usually his pets, and are commonly used in battles, unless the battle is serious, only then will Kaito summon his known snakes.



Background Story: Kaito was said to have the 'classic sad childhood'. People rumor that he just uses his childhood as an excuse of what he is now. People are horribly misinformed. Kaito's father was a serious alcoholic, and would frequently beat his mother and his sister in front of him. Being from the noble Gensou clan, he brought shame to everyone, but nobody had the guts to say anything to the "man". Kaito was very little at the time, so no matter how much he wanted to, he could never say a word. When he got a tad bit older, and mastered the sage art, at such a young age his father was very proud of him. He asked him what he wanted has a gift, and Kaito asked his father to stop drinking. So he did, or so everyone thought. A year later, was the one year anniversary of his father's soberness. He came home very late that night, and his mother and sister were sleeping. There was shouting and screaming, and Kaito and his older sister sprinted upstairs to see their parents fighting harshly. Kaito was 15 at the time, his sister was 18. It was easily visible that his father was piss drunk, beating his mother. Kaito got very angry, and before he could stop them, his sister had a water clone with a kunai to his father's neck. Then Kaito's life changed, with one hand sign, his father sliced up his mother and his sister with a wind release: vacuum blade. Everything happened so fast, and in a wave of rage Kaito used his many hidden shadow snakes technique, and his arm shot out giant snakes that his father tried to take down. His father failed miserable and was slowly constricted to death, breaking every bone and tearing every piece of muscle tissue in his body. Kaito tried to make it as painful as possible. When the rest of the Gensou clan saw Kaito finish off his father, and when they saw his sister and mother dead, they immediately assumed it was Kaito who murdered his whole family. He tried to explain to them that his father was drinking, but they said that he had been sober for a year. Kaito was treated worse than a dog, but it didn't phase him. He knew that this was going to happen, but killing his father was worth it. Honestly the pain of being alone was the worst part of it all. Kaito knew that it would have to take more than just his word to prove his significance to the village.

So Kaito studied long and hard about people of the Shinobi world, and he began to notice the ways of Orochimaru. This was perhaps, not so smart of Kaito though. Kaito began to have a fascination of snakes after reading about Orochimaru. He never knew the power of such a feared animal. He began to obsess over snakes, and he began to study them further than Orochimaru did. He began to train using snake jutsu, and because he had no contracts with the snakes, it didn't work so well. So he tried to find out how to obtain these contracts, and how to create a partnership with the snakes. Eventually Kaito found himself in the Ryuchi cave, the home of the White Snake Sage. He pledged himself to the legendary warrior, and explained himself to the King of snakes. The White Snake Sage believed that Kaito was the human form of a snake, and he was born to the living embodiment of both. Kaito didn't understand why at the time, but then when he returned as the perfect sage of snakes, he understood. Just like snakes, the people feared Kaito. Kaito didn't know why, and people started to call him Orochimaru's partner. Kaito began to get angry at the people, for shunning him constantly. Kaito was no longer a child, he didn't need to put up with the village anymore. He had the power to kill them all, the fools. So Kaito destroyed, and rampaged through Konohagakure, showing them the beast that they had created.

He later joined the Akatsuki, in hopes of creating his own world, where there was no pain.
