so during comic-con in San Diego, there was a concert for final fantasy called distant worlds. i went to that concert, and while i missed the beginning. i managed to see the best part:
the FF6 opera, Aria Di Mezzo Carattere (or "Maria and Draco" whichever i forget) orchestrated live!
and it was in English! wich was kinda weird honestly, (it had the narrator part too) but it wasn't bad.
