Here are a few ideas that came to me.

As a new age fell upon the world, one with peace, one without war. The world seen a graceful period, but soon after the calm, came the storm. As quickly as the peaceful era began it ended, the Philosopher's Stone had serviced, four members of a family held a piece of the stone. They were seen as the stone's owners, A rouge organization that long sought after the stone had caused trouble among the world, trying to get there hands on the stone. This was the beginning of the Great War era, though the war has yet to start it is bond to happen. The Family that holds the pieces of the Philosopher's Stone have been hiding but with their location revealed they will carry the burden of facing this group of misfits to defend what has been passed down to them from previous generations of their family, but the only way to keep the Stone from reaching the hands of those who will use it for evil is if the State Alchemists help them defend the Stone.

Although the Homunculus fell in combat, they were not gone, in fact were one fell another took their place, but they are far from the worse threat to the world. In fact a new organization rose from the ashes of war, this unnamed group of alchemists have found the Philosopher's Stone and have split it into eight pieces. Each member has a piece of the real Philosopher's Stone, and it has amplified their powers to heights unimaginable. They are here to wage war on the State and take over as the new leaders of the nation.......no the world. They are far from completing their goal, to be honest they have just made their appearance so their plan has yet to start, but soon......soon the world will feel the power of the Philosopher's Stone. It is up to the Military to stop this group from being successful in their attempt to rise to power.

These were very quick ideas, but I am open to opinions and to changing these up a little, or going with a completely different idea. If you have any, just post below with your ideas, or with ways to make these better. I might set up a poll after a few ideas are brought to the table, or if we decide to use one of these two then we won't need a poll just tell me what you think below.
