Just wondering what Kind of classes everyone has taken, or if any of you are currently or have gone to art school. Be free to share experiences. And if you haven't taken any art classes, don't feel discouraged, that just means your awesome all by yourself.

For those who want to know, last freshman year i took 2-D, 3-D, Painting 1 and Photography. (And in middle school, and elementary I obviously took the required)
Next year i'll be taking Advanced drawing and painting and Sculpture one.

I took the only art class we had at the highschool I went to, but it wasn't very informative or helpful. I've also been in art camps since I was little, though it was mainly for painting. I also took a fashion class where we did a little fashion drawing.

I'm mainly self taught with a few small tips from college. I was in game development in college, which we had life drawing first year and illustration second year. We had to do a lot of character turn arounds as well as a lot of preproduction art for different models and level design. We also did story boarding for film.

I, myself, taught home school art classes and have been an art tuitor for years.

Myself, I'm in an arts program so I have two art major courses every year.
This year (grade 10) I'm taking photography as an elective. Next year I'm either taking life drawing or painting or both; I can't decide.
I definitely won't go to an art college though. Too much art.

What's your favorite thing to work with (2-D/3-D/painting/drawing/photo?)

I suppose drawing. Watercolor I'm absolutely terrible at and oil painting is inconvenient to practice. And for photography, I just took it because my teacher guilt-tripped our entire class into taking it, haha.

How about you; what's your favorite medium? You must really love art if you took four courses in one year! I can't imagine that. Did you find them fun?

Oh, man, i hear you. Oils are a pain, and they smell disgusting to me.
Haha, yeah, i love it, though not decided on if i want to go into it or not...
Um, favorite medium is probably acrylic paint (Mostly because it's the most common thing i've worked in, and acts as my crutch) I did enjoy that many art classes, because i love being involved in everything i love, but at the same time it's quite exhausting to have to think creatively all the time all year. Right now i'm in Advanced drawing and painting two, and working with gouache watercolor, and expressive line pens.
